I had the car in for an oil change two weeks ago. On Sunday I noticed a puddle of oil on my garage floor. The service worker, Brandon, did not look me in the eye or hardly greet me when I came to the desk to drop off my car. Bought 2 New Cars within 5 months and faced issued both times. Terrible experience. 1st Car had already dent and 200 miles on it. Second one gave check engine light after a week and engine knocking. Getting car into shop wasn't the problem but they need to understand if they dont have loan vehicle available then they need to arrange something else but customers cant be left alone like this. Especially if your brand new car have issue after a week. Worst customer experience! More

I literally walked in for an oil change and walked out with a new vehicle. During the whole time while dealing with Logan, he was very professional, and never once did I feel pressured into buying anyth with a new vehicle. Luckily, I was able to find a vehicle that I really liked, the whole process was smooth from the start and finance worked hard to get me a really good rate.
