Also sales explained a "government fees" on the purchase agreement as a new required fee when you buy a car. Never hinted to me that I was buying a product that I never had or will have any desire to use. For the record, no one caught the math mistake. I figured it out that I had been screwed out of two thousand dollars at closing. I called the mistake in and came back the next day to get my two grand back by reclosing the loan. F and I guy was very helpful and professional . The sales guy was very friendly and helpful but doesn"t seem to have any math skills or sales skills.( the government fee ended up being for Lojack and I was forced to pay that fee without ever hearing the word Lojack. More
