Unfortunately, I was quoted a $55 oil change, which is why I made an appointment, as you can get a synthetic oil change, using the same Mobil oil around town for about the same price and a free tire rotation. Then Brendan quoted me $20 for a tire rotation and when I said that seemed high, he said "we usually do some sort of package deal so you won't pay that full price." So I trusted that I would get some sort of reduction and I went ahead and booked the appt. figuring it matched what other businesses were charging for oil changes. I ended up paying the full $20 for the tire rotation and $75.55 for the oil change. I am disappointed that they were not honest about their price of service. So I won't be doing business with Tynan Nissan any longer. More

Also, Sirius radio is available for no charge for a certain amount of time and i should have been made aware of this. Jarrett assisted me in getting connected to NissanconnecytEV but still have no charge card which should have been provided at purchase. The sales person was nice and went over a few things but not nearly enough. I was also told there were two usb ports but in fact there is one. i probably could have haggled and paid less but i was in a rush and this is not the dealers fault but mine. I was not offered any incentive to buy. so i just bought. More

Kashmir sent us a number of email follow ups as well as calls to make sure she answered all questions and us the information we needed to move forward. once we had settled our claims, we reached out to Kashmir once again , and of course she was so kind and helpful again in helping us look at used vehicles to fill our needs.
