Tom is a no pressure salesman and was more than willing to pull up multiple vehicles for us to look at and test drive. We picked a gorgeous new truck with plenty of bells and whistles. We had to bring the truck back for a manufacturer defective part and the GSM Mark Morrison took great care of us! We truly feel like family because he went way way way above and beyond for us! He is absolutely amazing!! The woman in the Service Department explained everything clearly and in a way you could understand and even came to talk to us later to let us know we could contact her anytime in the future with any of our service needs. Both the finance guys are awesome and they don't try to pressure you into buying extra warranties, although we did opt to get the oil changes as the price was unbeatable!! We have bought plenty of vehicles in the past and have experienced the way other dealers do business and we couldn't be more pleasantly surprised and shocked at the wonderful treatment from literally EVERYONE here at Tynans. Things were ready for me apon my arrival and the sale was straight forward and transparent, Jarrett knew the product in detail and answered all my questions. There was no attempt at up selling me or “smoke and mirrors” as I have come to expect in the car buying experience. I met Mark and Clay who are the GM & SM respectively who were anxious to make sure my buying experience was top notch, again no pressure or the usual car dealer experience from either of these professionals.
