I've had several experiences with Tynans during the car buying process that have not been great. It started with the salesperson who could not answer my questions about the differences between the Xterra buying process that have not been great. It started with the salesperson who could not answer my questions about the differences between the Xterra models. I was ready to buy that day, but ended up going home to do some additonal research online to understand all the differences. Basically she would read the window sticker to me and laugh about not knowing anything. Rather that take that as a hint, i kept my business local and did buy the vehicle on the return trip. the price was negotiated fine without too much hassle. After the purchase i was asked to return to resign paperwork due to errors in the finance department processing the loan. No change in price or payment, just clerical errors forcing me to come back in. I next began getting emails from the services department telling my my car was ready for its 34K mile checkup. Being the car was new with only 2k miles at the time it was a bit annoying. Again, another clerical error at the dealership. What broke the camel's back was when i went to rotate the tires and found one of the lugs was completely stripped. It only took 2 turns to take it off. The post and lug nut needed to be replaced. Since i had never touched the wheels, the issues would have had to be original to the car. I took it back to Tynans to have it repaired but the only answer they would give me was that it was not a warrenty issue so they wouldn't be able to bill it back to nissan. they didn't offer to fix it at cost, discount the repair, or even try to speak to nissan on my behalf. I left and had my local mechanic fix the issue for half the price. needless to say, i will not be returning to tynans. More

The people that work here are fantastic! Even though i live outof state Mary and Nate went out of their way to assist me from step one with buying my 2008 HHR.
