With her help we were able to purchase our certified pre-owned car which I love and thanks to her, we were able to get a good rate on it as well which is awesome because I'm just starting to build credit and this will definitely help a lot. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars was the amount of time we spent there waiting. It wasn't Kashmir's fault obviously, they had other people waiting as well to get into their finance office and there were only 2 people working there so we were there for almost four hours but the entire time she was present and friendly which made the experience much better. The entire experience overall at Tynans was great-- friendly staff, no pressure at all, and now I have new car so I can't complain! Thank you so much! More
