He was efficient, informative, friendly, helpful, personable, and not high pressure at all which would have put us off. He was, in other words, a delight to work with. I would recommend him to our friends. However we were put off by Derek Boyd. He did the job, but he had a condescending, snarky way he talked with us, which put both me and I husband off. If he had been our salesman, we would probably not have bought the car. As it was, Jake already sold us fine on the car, so it didn't really matter about Derek. I just wanted to tell you that maybe he should have some training on how to talk normally to customers. More

When I arrived at the dealership I had one hope - that I would find the 2012 XTERRA I was looking for at the right price with no hassles. Compared to other car buying experiences, except for a minor issue with my trade- in vehicle pay off, this was definitely as hassle free as I could have asked for and Grant played the largest role in the process. My husband and I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima 3.5 SV back in October from Justin. Sadly in June my car was hit and it was deemed totaled by the insurance company and body shop. Hands down, the Best Dealership experience I have had to do date in my life and I am 43 years old. The staff was great, very friendly, easy to deal with and real. I first contacted Tynan's Nissan when I was checking their inventory online. I was contacted by Todd Hayman. Right from the beginning Todd made me feel comfortable and he was very personable. My wife an their inventory online. I was contacted by Todd Hayman. Right from the beginning Todd made me feel comfortable and he was very personable. My wife and I was uncertain whether we were even going to buy a new truck. I explained to Todd what we were looking for. Todd and I had several phone conversations because my wife and I didn't want to have to make the trip down to Colorado more than once or twice. We live in Wyoming. He nailed it on our first trip! Todd was able to get us into the payments we could afford and really worked with us. He went out of his way to find the only Nissan truck in Colorado that we wanted! I bought my first new car in 1972 and this was by far the finest car buying experience I've ever had. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff.
