My fiance and I have been looking for Nissan Xtera to replace her very used 2000 Honda CRV over the last few years. Given the budget we have, we agreed on price that we were willing to pay for a used veh replace her very used 2000 Honda CRV over the last few years. As they say, never buy a new vehicle because of the instant depreciation in value as soon as you drive it off the lot. We were talking to a dealer here in Colorado Springs about a used 2012 Xters with slightly over 10K miles on it. I'm not one for haggling prices back and forth between customer and business, but it's a dance that has to be played out. This dance played out over several days as I tried to get the price lower and the dealer tried to keep the price higher than what we were willing to spend. Finally, with the dealer unable to go lower to match what we wanted, my fiance and I resolved to keep the search going. As with automatic internet tracking, whatever products you have been looking at/researching, ads show up in browsers for said product. Which brought my attention to a Tynan Nissan add showing a "new" 2012 Xtera priced lower than what we had budgeted for a used Xtera. I filled out my personal contact information through CarGurus linking the add to Tynan Nissan. Todd Hayman responded to my inquiry within a very short period of time. The price for this new Xtera was right where my fiance and I agreed upon for a used 2012. Todd offered a $50 Shell gas card to make the trip north to their dealership to help offset the cost of driving 2.5 hours, one way between Colorado Springs and Ft Collins. I set up an appointment to meet with Todd the following day and take this Xtera for a test drive. When I looked at the vehicle, it only had 15 miles on the odometer and was cheaper than the used one we were looking at in Colorado Springs with over 10K miles. After the test drive, I purchased this vehicle through their financing department. The next day, Todd personally delivered the vehicle to my residence in Colorado Springs, which I believe is phenomenal customer service to do so. I greatly appreciate how smoothly the whole purchasing and financing process went. One sign of an effective organization is when all departments work together to provide a seamless operation. No hangups, hiccups, or anything else to interrupt the flow of business. It was a personal pleasure to work with Todd Haman and Tynan Nissan and will recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan vehicle. More

Our experience with Tynan's was very positive. No pressure, but lots of information. Todd was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The only hiccup was that the company that handles their website was not always accurate, and some of the prices were not accurate. We drove up from Denver to purchase a Nissan Leaf here. The salesman (Jake) and Internet manager (Todd) were both super helpful via email and phone calls.
