I have to say that Jake made my experience a great one - no pressure, gave me the information when I needed it by phone or e-mail and patiently awaited my making a final decision I finally purchased my new auto on June 1st of this year and have never had a better experience. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth and again, there was no pressure. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Jake in particular. We drove up from Denver to purchase a Nissan Leaf here. The salesman (Jake) and Internet manager (Todd) were both super helpful via email and phone calls. This is the second car that I have purchased through Tynan's Nissan Dealership Family. The first purchase was at the Aurora location and the second was at the Fort Collins location. I still take my vehicle into the Aurora location because it is closer proximity I have developed a great relationship Mark, one of the Service Managers. Repeat business, obviously speaks volumes.
