2013 Xterra Pro 4-X Overall service was good. Felt that I should have pushed for a little more of a discount because the supposedly new vehicle had 360 miles on it at th Overall service was good. Was used in dusty conditions as the air filter was a bit dirty. All personnel at the dealership were courteous and pleasant to work with. Todd Hayman gets a big "Attaboy" for doing a lot of follow up work in locating missing equipment that had been taken from the vehicle and explaining the navigation system, etc. He did this despite not getting credit for the sale. When we arrived to see the car and buy it, everything was exactly like what was discussed via email. Todd was very friendly, extremely knowledgable about the car, and professional. All the employees we interacted with were very pleasant and clearly knew their stuff. It was the best car buying experience we've had!
