I also appreciated Jakes objectivity insofar as he gave me both positive and negative feedback. Jake was prompt in responding to my questions. That is important and unlike some other salesmen I dealt with in this recent car search. But he did not hound me, either, something I also experienced. Finally, I believe Jake is someone I would go back to and refer others who were interested in a buying. More

2013 Xterra Pro 4-X Overall service was good. Felt that I should have pushed for a little more of a discount because the supposedly new vehicle had 360 miles on it at th Overall service was good. Felt that I should have pushed for a little more of a discount because the supposedly new vehicle had 360 miles on it at the time of purchase. This was not pointed out to me initially. Was used in dusty conditions as the air filter was a bit dirty. All personnel at the dealership were courteous and pleasant to work with. Todd Hayman gets a big "Attaboy" for doing a lot of follow up work in locating missing equipment that had been taken from the vehicle and explaining the navigation system, etc. He did this despite not getting credit for the sale. More

So, we found the same type of car (even the color I really wanted) at Tynan's. My husband exchanged a few emails with Todd explaining what we were looking for, about our trade in, and how much we could spend. When we arrived to see the car and buy it, everything was exactly like what was discussed via email. Todd was very friendly, extremely knowledgable about the car, and professional. All the employees we interacted with were very pleasant and clearly knew their stuff. It was the best car buying experience we've had! Since buying the car, I've been in contact with Todd to ask questions, and each time I'm given a prompt and friendly reply. I felt the dealership was very honest and transparent. I would recommend Tynan's and Todd to family and friends because of how well they treated us and how they do business. More

Horrible horrible experience After having the owner promise me I could afford the car I wanted with my budget, which was the newspaper ad price, after he made me test drive the ca After having the owner promise me I could afford the car I wanted with my budget, which was the newspaper ad price, after he made me test drive the car, wait for hours, he came back with 4000$ more, and when I asked him why he promised me at the beginning another price, he started becoming rude and arrogant saying that its simple mathematics and trying to make me feel like an idiot. Horrible place. After I tried the new Mitsubishi dealership in Fort Collins and the experience was the opposite, they were kind and professional, and ended up buying the car there. More
