Disappointed I bought a 2005 VW passat from the dealership. The service I received while I was there was professional and fairly easy it turned out to be too good I bought a 2005 VW passat from the dealership. A couple weeks after I bought the car my oil light started going on as well as the oil pressure light. I took it to a mechanic (not associated with Tynan's) who fixed the sensor which we thought was the problem. A couple of weeks after that the problem came up again. I took it back to the mechanic who checked out the oil and there was sludge. We contacted Tynan's and they even admitted to not knowing what oil went into the car and admitted putting the wrong oil in the car. I bought the car as is, but Tynan's wouldn't even do an oil change on the car because they didn't feel liable. The car may now have to go through extensive repairs. Even when dealing with the dealership kindly, asking for the oil change seemed too much for them. I'm highly disappointed and wondering what else they may have overlooked in the service inspection and what else they might have done wrong... I won't be sending ANYONE there. More

Todd Hayman answered me right away, and sent me discounted pricing via email, which I appreciated when it came to buying. I went in and took several test drives, and found working with Todd easy and found a sense of trust, which made buying easy. Down to earth and personable, Todd helped me feel comfortable enough to make my decision without pressure. I got a fair trade in on my older Xterra and feel I got a good deal all the way around. 2013 Xterra Pro 4-X Overall service was good. Felt that I should have pushed for a little more of a discount because the supposedly new vehicle had 360 miles on it at th Overall service was good. Was used in dusty conditions as the air filter was a bit dirty. All personnel at the dealership were courteous and pleasant to work with. Todd Hayman gets a big "Attaboy" for doing a lot of follow up work in locating missing equipment that had been taken from the vehicle and explaining the navigation system, etc. He did this despite not getting credit for the sale. More
