A great and better-than-expected experience! We purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano last week. I contacted Tynan's Nissan via email first, as we hate the usual pressure from experiences past from car We purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano last week. I contacted Tynan's Nissan via email first, as we hate the usual pressure from experiences past from car salesmen. We had been reviewing customer reviews online regarding the Murano and this is the suv that my husband wanted. We thought to first see which dealership online, in our area, would be willing to work with us on price. Tynan's Ashley Watson responded almost immediately. Her email sounded very upbeat and positive, so we corresponded for a couple of days. We did hear back from 3 other dealerships in that time, but they did not seem to want to deal very much. Ashley and her managers were very accommodating with all of my questions. One request that we had was to find a 2014 black SL with navigation system. Tynan's did not have one on their lot, but found one in the Lakewood area that they could have brought up to Fort Collins. I set up an appt. with Ashley and we visited Tynan's to do a test drive of one of the Muranos on their lot. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by a spirit of friendliness by everyone. Even though we were meeting with Ashley, one young man (I believe it was Zach) brought us each a cup of ice water right away. Ashley was very knowledgable about all of our questions about the Murano and we took one for a test drive. Loved the comfort of the seats, the way the car drove, and the really smooth braking system. We then discussed options and, most importantly, money. Ashley was very willing to go and speak with the manager a couple of times about getting the price to where we could afford the monthly payments. A shout-out to Todd Hayman who was also very helpful in getting us the right price. He had been very kind and friendly to us the entire time we were there and wanted to help in any way he could. Needless to say, we were able to come to an agreement and purchased the black vehicle that was to be brought from Lakewood the next day. I have to say that neither Ashley, Todd. or the manager ever pressured us to buy this vehicle. They totally and graciously let us make the decision. That was a welcoming change to past car buying experiences. We worked with Chris Bebo and Nick in finance and both were wonderful to work with. Ashley called us the next day and told us our new car was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving, we found our car to be beautifully detailed. It just sparkled! It was even prettier than we expected. The black leather interior is beautiful and so comfortable. Ashley proudly went over every option in our car and how it worked. That was a big help. We were surprised at her knowledge of the mechanicals of this car. She made sure we didn't have anymore questions before she handed over our keys. Couldn't ask for better customer service. There is one tiny little chip in the paint and Tynan's service dept. has already called us and set up an appt. to fix that. All in all, we are very satisfied with the customer service we received from Tynan's Nissan in the purchase of our new Murano. Ashley Watson and the other employees mentioned are a very valuable asset to the Nissan company and should be justly rewarded for the outstanding job that they do. We will happily recommend Tynan's to our friends and family. More

Lied to over and over I had a terribly experience with Tynan’s Nissan of Fort Collins. The following is a quick and very summarized version of the facts and circumstances I had a terribly experience with Tynan’s Nissan of Fort Collins. The following is a quick and very summarized version of the facts and circumstances of what happened: - I reached out to Ashley Watson, Internet Manager on July 24th about a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. - Ashley informed me that the price was discounted due to “the few dents it suffered in the hail storm a few weeks ago.” Since I live in Denver and it’s an hour and a half drive, I asked for pictures and an estimate to fix the hail damage as well as any other information I needed. Ashely sent me pictures and said that the pictures were “all the damage I could find on the car” - After back and forth emails for almost eight days, I arranged a time to come up on Saturday. Ashley was supposed to call me the Friday before to let me know if it was still available but didn’t (one of many examples where she didn’t follow through on what she said she would do). Regardless, I cleaned out my car out to sell and made the 1.5 hour drive north based on her commitments. - When I arrived, I looked at the car and that’s when the lies started piling up. There was significantly more hail damage than she had sent me in the pictures. I got inside, and noticed that instead of 4,900 miles like she had shown in the picture, it was closer to 8,000 miles. I asked about this and she said it was because her manager had been driving it to make sure that the factory recall was fixed and that it was in great shape for me to buy. She had mentioned this previously but had said it was "for only a couple of days" so its not possible to have put on that kind of milage in such a short time. In truth, Ashley had a listing and intentionally put lower miles on the listing that the car actually had. - I looked around the car and it had not been detailed (interior was dirtly with lots of stains, etc.) even though she knew I was coming up with over a weeks notice. I looked in the glove box, and found interior parts lying around. Ashley did not know what they went to which was disconcerting. - During the test drive, I asked Ashley about the hail estimate she had said she would get. She said she had never gotten it but that she could look at the insurance report, something she had never mentioned before. - During breaking, I noticed that the car shook even during normal and light breaking. She didn’t know what this was from. I noticed other issues during the test drive, non of which she had answers to nor had warned me about. (The issue was probably due to an issue with the rotar which should have been identified and fixed in the certification process). - When I finished the test drive, I did a walk around. I noticed the satellite antenna was missing, there was significant interior damage in the back from someone scratching the side of the interior. Parts broke off the car as I checked them out. Ashley said she was not aware of any of this and that the manager who had driven the car hadn't mentioned it to her. - I did a more detailed walkthrough, getting more worried by the minute. I noticed that the paint had been damaged to the point it had cracked and was rusting in one spot. I had specifically asked Ashley if this was the case before driving up and she had said no. - The worst moment came when I looked at the front bumper and noticed that of all things, it had been in an accident. The bumper was dislodged and the scratch marks had been simply painted over (Ashely mentioned it looked like someone had just covered it up with nail polish). Ashley said she had no idea it had been in an accident. - There were many other issues that I found, and at this point, I was ready to leave, but thought maybe Ashley was being honest and didn’t know and that they would at least give me a discounted price and I could still justify buying the car. - I sat and waited for her to talk to her managers for a very long time. She came back and blew my mind with what she said. Tynan’s had decided that since I had discovered that the car was damaged and needed repair, that Tynan's needed to increase the price by $500. I was shocked. Not only had they lied to me throughout the process (mileage, state of the vehicles, etc.), but now they wanted me to pay more because I had pointed them out. Ashley could tell I was upset so she told me not to worry, that she would make sure that I wasn’t charged for a replacement antenna even though they didn’t have to do that. Ashley also claimed that her managers, who earlier that morning had said the car had no issies and was Certified, that the damage wouldn’t be under warranty since it had to be caused by the accident that she had just learned about because I had found it. I said, "Ashley, I’m a simple accountant, and I know nothing about cars so how in the world did I find these but Tynan’s didn’t not any of this even though it was a Certified car." Tynan’s defines Certified as “Every certified pre-owned Nissan must meet or exceed Nissan’s comprehensive criteria and pass a rigorous inspection. Engineers Nissan Technicians conduct road tests and inspect everything from vehicle history to engine and drive train with meticulous detail.” - Ashley said she could tell I was upset and that she would go talk to her managers about the price to get the now raised price back down a little bit. At this point, I had enough. I told Ashley not to bother and that I had already wasted several hours researching, talking to her on the phone and via email and now spending 5 hours round trip to drive up and test drive a vehicle while being lied to the whole time. I can’t describe how frustrated and upset I was after leaving Tynan’s. I will continue to tell all of my friends and family and really anybody I know the experience I had so that hopefully, nobody will have to go through what I went through. More

The purchase process was worry-free I went to the dealership with the idea of checking up a vehicle that i was actually driven as a tester. It was actually a Nissan Pathfinder. The vehic I went to the dealership with the idea of checking up a vehicle that i was actually driven as a tester. It was actually a Nissan Pathfinder. The vehicle I was testing was a certified pre-owned vehicle, even thoug it was great I was still missing some features I wanted; such as tv screens, moonroof. So, I schedule a test drive and definetely the vehicle was outstanding. Furthermore, the vehicle was a hybrid and because of the hail storm it has additional discounts; therefore, that vehicle was too good to be true, but it was. I appreciate the effort made by Todd, Ashley, and Chris to get me approved and get me a deal I can afford. These guys worked his back out to get me the better trade-in value possible and the lower interest rate, so the vehicle could fit within my budget. Also, the check out process was beyond my expectations. The paper work was ready, literally, in a jify. I greatly appreciate to the Nissan Tynants staff and I will recommend to my friends, so they can take advantage of the deals you have up there and the outstanding customer service you offer. More

Disappointed I bought a 2005 VW passat from the dealership. The service I received while I was there was professional and fairly easy it turned out to be too good I bought a 2005 VW passat from the dealership. The service I received while I was there was professional and fairly easy it turned out to be too good to be true. A couple weeks after I bought the car my oil light started going on as well as the oil pressure light. I took it to a mechanic (not associated with Tynan's) who fixed the sensor which we thought was the problem. A couple of weeks after that the problem came up again. I took it back to the mechanic who checked out the oil and there was sludge. We contacted Tynan's and they even admitted to not knowing what oil went into the car and admitted putting the wrong oil in the car. I bought the car as is, but Tynan's wouldn't even do an oil change on the car because they didn't feel liable. The car may now have to go through extensive repairs. Even when dealing with the dealership kindly, asking for the oil change seemed too much for them. I'm highly disappointed and wondering what else they may have overlooked in the service inspection and what else they might have done wrong... I won't be sending ANYONE there. More
