Discrepancy in Works oil change: Ford sites, including yours, say "up to 6 quarts of Motorcraft oil" but when receipt is printed, it says up to 5 quarts. My Grand Marquis takes 6 qts and I don't like the yours, say "up to 6 quarts of Motorcraft oil" but when receipt is printed, it says up to 5 quarts. My Grand Marquis takes 6 qts and I don't like the extra charge for oil. Please correct your system. I have screen shot of your ad. More
