I've been on hold for 36 minutes now waiting on someone in the service dept to answer my call. I even called on my husband's phone after 25 minutes to have Gerry the receptionist to please remind them Im o in the service dept to answer my call. My husband had his oil changed and tires rotated, and they forgot to put the center caps back on my husband's truck!!! We called a week ago and was told.someone would call us back on Monday....NO RETURN CALL!!! Im wanting answers!!!! More
