It was very busy at the time of my arrival so Braeden helped us with the sale. Very, very helpful in getting what I needed in order to get me in my new truck. Very down to earth and knowledgable. Kyle the finance manager was also instrumental in assuring my experience at Ford was a lasting one. I had an issue two days after the sale. After 3 hours, your service team could not figure out the problem (locked out in "vallet mode"). Tony, sales manager, told me to call Ford and they would follow up with me after doing some research. Mind you, I dropped $60k two days earlier and was asked to fix the problem myself. Nobody ever called me back. Pathetic Tony! More
