However, when I have talked to other s My experience purchasing my 2013 Focus Hatchback was fine; I dealt with a nice salesman who is no longer there. However, when I have talked to other salespeople there with general questions about models of Fords, I have gotten answers which were very characteristic of the stereotypical slick car salesman. One of them told me I couldn't trust Consumer Reports magazine, the most impartial resource in existence for consumers. I find the people in the service department unfriendly; I don't feel like a valued customer, even though I have been going there for decades and have purchased 5 cars there and referred a buyer to them. They are also not technologically savvy or helpful. I go to this dealership, because it is convenient; that's all. And they're not terrible. I do like that they have occasionally given me a ride home when they needed to keep my car longer than I had anticipated. More
Good overall, with a couple minor glitches I am thrilled with my new car, and I think I got a fair price on the car and the trade-in. I just have two minor complaints. When I showed up to close the deal and pick up the car, there was a pretty big scrape on the passenger-side door handle. When I pointed it out to my sales rep, he had it fixed right away, but it should have been noticed and fixed without me having to point it out. Also, the closing sales pitch about the five different available extended-warranty packages stole 30 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. I really didn't need to hear a list of every single type of spill that the cloth protection package will repel. Overall my experience was good. If you paid a bit more attention to detail on delivery, and less to the warranty sales pitches, it would have been truly exceptional. More

Bryan was prompt with scheduling Was treated with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service from the employees at the Cottonwood Kia service center. Bryan was prompt with scheduling me for service and gave me up-to-the-minute information about what service my vehicle needed and what the costs of the repairs would be. He helped me prioritize services and determine what would still need to be done at a future date, the cost of that, and how I would go about scheduling and completing that service. I left feeling that my car was well-serviced and safer to drive. Thanks, Cottonwood/Garcia Kia! More
F150 UJoint/Rear Diff click I had to bring my truck in twice to have this issue resolved. Apparently there is a service bulletin specific to this issue. The first time they "lubed" the UJoint and claimed it was "fixed"- which is the first protocol. Right from the time I picked the vehicle up at the dealership, the issue was not resolved but all the service techs were gone (Friday end of the day). I called the next morning to schedule an appt for the following Friday and promptly brought it back with some paperwork backing up the research I had done to help them pinpoint the issue. This time the problem was fixed. It always seems the service desk personnel are really put-out by their jobs to listen to the customer.....not all of us are morons! More
