My Ford Experience I purchased a 2103 Ford F250 truck on August, 16, 2013. On 3/16/15 Ford of Northampton replaced the left driver's side mirror due to mirrors sticking I purchased a 2103 Ford F250 truck on August, 16, 2013. On 3/16/15 Ford of Northampton replaced the left driver's side mirror due to mirrors sticking and not in synch. Very satisfied with the workmanship and replacement. Then on 6/23/15 the right side mirror was replaced for the same reason. The Service Department was very helpful and courteous during this process. That is why I gave this dealership a five star rating. More
