$130 for coolant I had a warning message show up that said "engine power reduced" so I took it to Northampton Ford as a precautionary measure. I know nothing about cars and apparently all it needed was more coolant. They called me after the "repair" was complete and charged me $130 to put more coolant in my car. This included an hour of labor they supposedly spent testing to make sure it did not need any further work. I am a 22 year old female, new to the area and am very disappointed they took advantage of my lack of car knowledge.. More
Be very Leary I went to Northamptn Ford on 9/15/15 to have a tune up done and I had asked them to check my brakes to see if it was time for new pads. At the complet I went to Northamptn Ford on 9/15/15 to have a tune up done and I had asked them to check my brakes to see if it was time for new pads. At the completion of my service they give me a report saying my brakes were fine. My boyfriends brings my car back to them today, 10/31/15 to have my brakes done and they are now saying that I need new calipers and new rotors. When my boyfriend called me to tell me this, I went and found the report and told him that 6 weeks ago Northampton Ford told me my brakes where fine. When my boyfriend asked them how my brakes where fine 6 weeks ago but now I need new rotors and calipers, they said there was nothing in the report that said I asked them to check my brakes or that they did check my brakes. I was appalled to hear this as I stood in my living room holding the report that stated my brakes where fine. Long story short, don't trust Northampton Ford! More
