Bryan was prompt with scheduling Was treated with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service from the employees at the Cottonwood Kia service center. Bryan was prompt with scheduling me for service and gave me up-to-the-minute information about what service my vehicle needed and what the costs of the repairs would be. He helped me prioritize services and determine what would still need to be done at a future date, the cost of that, and how I would go about scheduling and completing that service. I left feeling that my car was well-serviced and safer to drive. Thanks, Cottonwood/Garcia Kia! More
F150 UJoint/Rear Diff click I had to bring my truck in twice to have this issue resolved. Apparently there is a service bulletin specific to this issue. The first time they "lubed" the UJoint and claimed it was "fixed"- which is the first protocol. Right from the time I picked the vehicle up at the dealership, the issue was not resolved but all the service techs were gone (Friday end of the day). I called the next morning to schedule an appt for the following Friday and promptly brought it back with some paperwork backing up the research I had done to help them pinpoint the issue. This time the problem was fixed. It always seems the service desk personnel are really put-out by their jobs to listen to the customer.....not all of us are morons! More

Throttlebody control problem Leaving work one day the engine light on my Ford Freestyle, 2005, came on and the engine went in to "failsafe mode" My mechanic said it had to go into Leaving work one day the engine light on my Ford Freestyle, 2005, came on and the engine went in to "failsafe mode" My mechanic said it had to go into a dealership. The code read throttlebody control and flash something (I don't remember). Originally, George said the throttlebody had to be replaced and it would be about $1100.00 total. I had pulled an NHTSA service bulletin that seemed to detail my exact problem, noting that the warranty had been extended on this part to 150,000 miles. My car had about 135,000 miles. Initially Ford had said the part or model number did not match the ones involved in the NHTSA bulletin. The bulletin stated that around 2011 or 2012, the problem was identified and the dealers were instructed to clean the throttlebody control, and that this solved the problem for a while, but it did come back. Around 2011 or 2012, we had this problem and this service performed at another Ford dealership, so it seemed as though this was the exact problem noted in the service bulletin. George and Brian called Ford, explained the problem, and Ford extended coverage. This Freestyle has had more problems than I would typically expect of a car that cost what it did, but Brian and George at Northampton Ford went above and beyond to advocate for me and my family, save us a ton of money, and make me feel comfortable that I have honest, reliable and helpful people working at my local Ford dealership. We decided on the Escape in Sunset Metallic. Went inside to get a price quote on a 3 year lease. When we went to pick it up again it was just like we knew everyone. Spent the day finalizing the deal. Joe explained all the functions to me before I drove away and told me to call with any questions in the future. Everyone so far loves my Escape ... style, color and overall appearance. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends who are looking for a dependable vehicle. I am a very happy owner. More
