I have been working to try and get a repair on my car for month. My initial appointment I pre paid for the part I was told I needed. Waited 2 months for a response. Finally called in and told the part was av month. My initial appointment I pre paid for the part I was told I needed. Waited 2 months for a response. Finally called in and told the part was available. Scheduled an appt. The car sat for 2 days without review in the shop, only to find out they ordered the wrong part. They told me they would refund the erroneous part a month ago. No phone call follow up and no response from management. I’d like my money back and will go elsewhere. They are non responsive to scheduling calls, updates on status of cars or follow through. This has been going on for nearly 6 month! My car has been in several times and no action taken not even on a basic recall to fix chrome stickers on my automatic window buttons. More

In my year of car shopping, I finally found a dealership that wasn’t aggressive or condescending (especially towards women which still happens, shockingly). I had so many questions and was apprehensive but Nick Miller was respectful, informative, and provided the space to make the decision to finally buy a car! And! Installs GPS Tracking Devices on all new vehicles standard; Thought they were going to follow through as promised. Did not refund GPS. My purchase, a 2023 Mustang Mach-e also had scratches on it all over the paint job, I have never been delivered a brand-new car with a finish so poorly managed before. This is coming from a previously certified auto body repair collision mechanic, at a Ford Dealership no less, this is sad. I did get a deal on the car, but I don’t think that the gouge I received on my trade, the damaged finish on the new car and the dealer markup by installing tracking devices of all things would make up for it. I would steer clear of this dealership if you are considering a new car. More
