I'm giving this place 1 star only because negative stars aren't an option... My service experience was terrible: I scheduled the service appointment online listing two issues and re-iterated those two issue aren't an option... My service experience was terrible: I scheduled the service appointment online listing two issues and re-iterated those two issues when dropping the vehicle off - although already at this point something felt off because the advisor wasn't really listening to my concerns and just said "we'll take care of everything for you". When I checked in with the advisor about ETA for pick up (no proactive comms from their part), I was informed one of those items won't be done because their techs are backed up by two weeks! Sooo... how did they schedule the appointment then? When I went in to pick up the car, it turned out that the other item wasn't done either - and the service advisor was adamant that he "didn't recall" talking with me about that issue (even if he didn't, what happened with the notes I put in when scheduling the appointment?!). All in all, two days without a car, two Uber bills to get to the dealership and back and none of the items I cared about were done (to be fair, they did take care of one other recall). STAY AWAY! More
