We luckily were able to get our vehicle quickly from a recent shipment and Nima worked diligently (on his day off!) to get it detailed and keys in our hands quickly. He was patient as we decided what would work best for us and kept me very informed throughout the buying process. As we were waiting on the paperwork he was very informative and pleasant to talk with to pass the time. My wife and toddler son were with me, and he was also very patient with us. Overall a great experience and I will be sure to send my friends and family to Nima for their car needs! More

Found my car on a Thursday afternoon and picked it up on Friday. Roy and Tom made it super simple and offered me an amazing amount for my trade in. One of the worst Ford dealership experience even after I purchased the vehicle and maintenance plan from here. I have used the plan to service my vehicle in WA, NC, FL and Canada but never had the negative purchased the vehicle and maintenance plan from here. I have used the plan to service my vehicle in WA, NC, FL and Canada but never had the negative experience I received here. I booked appointment at 10 AM 7/19/22 for oil service and brake parts replacement. After I dropped the vehicle for the day and returned after 6 hours only to find out that the vehicle is still in queue and hasnt been looked at. They said they will get to it now. After half an hour the vehicle was readied with just oil change and that the brakes are looked at and does need replacement (which was the original appointment request) but we ran out of time so please reschedule the appointment or come the next day again to try luck. appointment was initially made weeks ahead due to availability. No request to get a loaner and to leave the vehicle was granted but to try another dealership if it can be an early date appointment was suggested. This was after the fact of waiting for so long and seeing everyone else leave before me that got there after me. No point of making an appointment at this location. Never am I ever buying a Ford again and never again from this C grade dealership. They also have a Hyundai dealership next door so watch out and STAY AWAY! Ford F150 that I have bought from here has anyways given me tons of electrical faults and issues. I am currently looking to upgrade to a newer vehicle and will probably take my business to RAM. Its better looking and hoping to get a better experience in terms of reliability. Just stay away from Fords is my motto now. More
