Installs GPS Tracking Devices on all new vehicles standard; Thought they were going to follow through as promised. Did not refund GPS. My purchase, a 2023 Mustang Mach-e also had scratches on it all over the paint job, I have never been delivered a brand-new car with a finish so poorly managed before. This is coming from a previously certified auto body repair collision mechanic, at a Ford Dealership no less, this is sad. I did get a deal on the car, but I don’t think that the gouge I received on my trade, the damaged finish on the new car and the dealer markup by installing tracking devices of all things would make up for it. I would steer clear of this dealership if you are considering a new car. More
