My husband and I were looking to get a Hybrid vehicle to help alleviate the cost of fuel on my daily commute. We had been looking around at several dealerships and didn't like the reviews we were seeing that people were giving. We have had some not great experiences with previous Ford dealerships as well and were a little apprehensive about going back to Ford. But we decided to give it a go and go back to where we had originally purchased a vehicle several year ago and were generally pleased with the experience. We started out being assisted by Jon (he had contacted my husband as we were using his employer's X-plan deal). He was quick to get back to us and get the ball rolling which was much appreciated. Jon had to pass things off to Todd who closed the deal with us. We met up with Todd on May 1st and he was very nice and helpful and wasn't pushy. We of course had to do the typical haggling back and forth...but overall I was pretty pleased with what we got. I would have preferred to paid a little less than I did, but don't we always! My husband indicated that Jon had been very helpful in getting him information that we were inquiring about which made the process a little less painful. Sometimes car buying is just plain torturous - these guys made it less so. More
I happened upon this dealer while I was accompanying a family member who was looking for a car. I knew I wanted a Ford Escape, but none were available that day. I tentatively purchased the WRONG SUV, bu family member who was looking for a car. I knew I wanted a Ford Escape, but none were available that day. I tentatively purchased the WRONG SUV, but Jason took over and got me the vehicle I wanted. After my mechanic gave the okay, Jason made every effort to fix the minor problems found with the car. I love it even if it is white! I recommend Boston J and the dealership to my friends and family. Maybe next time, I'll buy new! More

Rodney helped me narrow down my options and I drove out of there in the best car for me. I didn't feel hassled or pressured in any way and, in fact, the whole experience from start to finish seemed really easy. I would definitely recommend Ford of Kirkland and Rodney Zins to anyone I know of who is looking for a new/used vehicle. I'll be back for my next car purchase--thank you! More
Came into the dealership to test drive a F150 on 4/16. Was greeted in the lot by Sunny and immediately was able to get a lot of my questions about the truck answered and was on my way for the test drive. Overall experience was great, I really enjoyed Sunny's customer service, and he made my (what ended up being) purchase extremely satisfying. My fiance and I were given a referrel to this dealership from a very good friend who works at the dealership. We showed up with a trade-in and a pretty set price range. The lot was a little cramped but David Vincent was very knowledgable about the used cars and was excellent at navigating the lot. He was very patient with our decision making process and never once pushed a car on us. During the financial portion of our visit, we sat and talked about where we'd been and what led David to becoming a car salesman. It was like we were buying from a friend. The reason overall experience is rated at a 4 and not a 5 is the coffee was out and the water cooler was empty but in the end David was there to fill it right back up. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience. This is honestly the first time we've had a no hassle buy. Cheers to our Ford Focus and cheers to our friends at Ford Hyundai of Kirkland. More
Hands down, best car buying experience ever. I purchased a new Ford Fusion last night from FOK, and it was a smooth, easy transaction. I had contacted the dealer ahead of time to start financing, and did so a new Ford Fusion last night from FOK, and it was a smooth, easy transaction. I had contacted the dealer ahead of time to start financing, and did some research so I walked in ready to make a purchase. The guys were friendly, enthusiastic and respectful of my knowledge. (I'm a woman, and since it's my car, I purchased it on my own - left my husband at home with the kids!) At no time did I feel talked down to, or taken advantage of, which has been the case with previous car purchases (not through FOK!) I got a great price on a quality vehicle with none of the back-and-forth haggling that usually makes car buying a drag. Damon and Scott worked closely together, and took the time to walk me through all the features on my car, including setting up my phone on the Ford SYNC system, which is a unique computerized interface. By the time I drove off the lot, I felt very confident in my knowledge of how to operate the vehicle safely. Ford of Kirkland is an excellent dealership. The team members seem to really enjoy their work, and their fellow employees, which makes for an enjoyable customer experience. It's not often that I can say that I had fun buying a car, but I did! I plan to keep this car for a long time, but next time we need a new vehicle, we'll go back to FOK, and I'm referring all of my friends there, as well. More

Employees have gone out of their way to make my experience easy and enjoyable. Even though my two sons can really cause a stir in the showroom, we are always happily welcomed! On more than one occassion, this company has gone out of their way to help me and my family. I came to Ford of Kirkland because they offer great deals on the car that I wanted to buy. From the moment I walked in the store on the day I test-drove, I knew I wanted to work with these guys to get my new on the car that I wanted to buy. From the moment I walked in the store on the day I test-drove, I knew I wanted to work with these guys to get my new Ford. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and realistic of my expectations of price, features and the market. I came in last night (4/8/2013) to purchase, after I had test driven a few other cars and thought about the car that I wanted to get. I was immediately greeted at the door and helped by Josh, who hooked me up with Rodney whom I had been emailing back and forth with. Rodney simply wasted my time. He was "bouncing" back and forth between me and another customer and from the minute I began talking with Rodney in person, he didn't seem like he wanted to help me. Instead of helping me figure out which car was best for me in their inventory, he wanted to get me to pay full price for a dealer trade with a car dealer in Oregon or find something completely out of my price range and more than I wanted that was in his lot. He tried to have me pay $10,000 over my price range on a $35,000 car, I am assuming to help his commission. After about an hour and a half and repeated questions from myself and my girlfriend regarding why we were wasting our time looking at a car (he even tried to price it for me) that wasn't comparable to the one I wanted, he passed us off to Josh. This was the most productive thing he did all night and probably the only thing that saved me from walking out the door. Josh asked us outright why we were there that evening. We responded with exactly what I wanted. After about 10 minutes of searching the lot, he pulled up to the showroom of the dealer with the exact car I was looking for. It wasn't that hard. We then began the paperwork and I drove off the lot that evening. Josh is very patient. He is attentive to our needs, wants and is realistic about a price. He is motivated to get the deal closed with not only the dealer's interest in mind, but ours as well. He doesn't seem like a "car salesman". He seems like a motivated customer service agent who is looking to match a couple up with a car. This is what your company needs. You need more professional, goal-oriented, customer service-oriented, salesmen. I really enjoyed my experience last night. The only reason I am not giving excellent all the way down the rating board is because of Rodney wasting our time, patience and almost losing the sale for you guys. Keep Josh, he was great!
