I first went on line to check put their inventory. I asked for a representative to contact with me. Within 24 hours I received a call from Greg Dale. I told him what I was looking for and he said to com asked for a representative to contact with me. Within 24 hours I received a call from Greg Dale. I told him what I was looking for and he said to come in and let's take a test drive. From the minute I walked into the dealership, I had a wonderful feeling. Once Dale was available to help me, the rest of the time was great. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me about the vehicle and the process I was about to go through. Greg Dale is a very understanding and interesting person who made the adventure of,buying a new car - enjoyable. This is the 4th car I have purchased from this Ford dealership. I believe it's under new ownership, which was obvious, because it was the best experience I have had since I started buying cars from this dealership. Bravo to the new owners - they have brought in a good team. I will be back there in 3 years. Thank you, Greg, for a really fun buying experience. More

Today was my second time working with Ford of Kirkland, and it was a fantastic experience once again! I came right when they opened at 9 to trade my 2010 F-150 XLT in for a new Fusion Hybrid SE. Nigel was and it was a fantastic experience once again! I came right when they opened at 9 to trade my 2010 F-150 XLT in for a new Fusion Hybrid SE. Nigel was wonderful to work with. His patience, great attitude and straightforward approach made the whole experience perfect. I am 100% certain that my next car will be purchased at Ford of Kirkland, and I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family for years to come. This is exactly what the car buying experience should be like! More

It is uncommon to walk in and purchase a car without having to worry about any 'strings' being attached. I have always hated car shopping until now. I am not the friendliest customer to salesman overall and I can be quite rude. Well that was my past because Sonny from Ford of Kirkland is my new and only Car Sa friendliest customer to salesman overall and I can be quite rude. Well that was my past because Sonny from Ford of Kirkland is my new and only Car Sales guy ! He handled every bit of my rudeness, attitude and dealt with me very professionally . He was so kind and explained my new Ford Focus's features to me several times. He did not pressure me at all during the sales process. He was very calm and kind. He didn't jerk me around with the price at all and even showed me the invoice and included all the rebated. Most sales people I have dealt with never have shown me an invoice during the sales pitch. Sonny also took the time to spend a few hours helping me use the SYNC system that is one of the greatest features on my new Focus. I did my research during the sales process and found many great reviews from other customers about Sonny and his professionalism. Ford of Kirkland is very lucky to have a sales guy like Sonny. He should be rewarded for his great work. He was also very funny ,handsome and a really caring individual. I will drive 300 miles to come see him and buy him a Starbucks when I get my first free Oil change :) ~Ms Monica More

Although I was looking for a car as well, I was interested in the Kia Optima. We had actually just come from the Performance Kia Dealership and we had a terrible experience. Even though we had an appointment and it was a referral from a friend, the sales rep made us wait for over an hour and finally, we left without even looking at any cars. We had no appointment at Ford of Kirkland... we just decided to stop by on a whim. Joshua Hill was the sales rep that helped us and right away I was impressed! He was charming, funny and down to earth while being professional and client focused. Josh was super attentive; he asked appropriate questions to determine my friend's needs in a car and was even mindful of her budget. He wasn't pushy or aggressive and instead actually made the car buying process fun! I decided to schedule my own appointment to look at the Ford Fusion. When I came back, I was blown away again with the time and care Josh took in helping me search for my own car. I am an extremely picky and demanding consumer... I can be challenging and difficult especially during the negotiation process. I had specific requests for the car I was looking for and I was interested in testing out multiple types, including the Hybrid and the Energi versions. Josh was patient, energetic and positive with me... even after hours of test driving. He was full of information and outlined the differences between models. He even made sure to highlight the features of the car that he thought would be unique to my needs. I felt like he was honest in his suggestions and super informative. Even during the negotiation process which can be stressful and frustrating... Josh was awesome! He was fun, quirky and quick to make me laugh. I walked away feeling like Josh was the type of person that I'd be friends with outside of the dealership. Josh treated me like someone he'd known for years. I decided to purchase the Ford Fusion Titanium because of the experience I had with Josh even without test driving the Kia Optima. I was equally impressed with the Finance Manager John Potts. He too was just as incredible!! He was caring, honest and genuine. By then, it was well after closing but none of the staff made me feel rushed. They all took care to answer my questions and go through all my options, even as it edged closer to 11:00. Josh, realizing I was now tired and hungry after hours of being in the store, asked me if I'd rather come back the following day so that he could teach me all the features of the car while I was actually paying attention... Even though it meant more time on a sale that already happened! Days later, Josh even called to tell me features of the car that he forgotten! I left Ford of Kirkland feeling well taken care of!! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Josh and John. What an amazing experience!! And I love my new Ford Fusion Titanium! More
On Tuesday, April 30th I was approved for a $25k Loan with 3.74% interest. So, that afternoon I researched the car I wanted, decided on a silver Focus Hatchback and went straight to Ford of Kirkland aft with 3.74% interest. So, that afternoon I researched the car I wanted, decided on a silver Focus Hatchback and went straight to Ford of Kirkland after work knowing exactly what I wanted. I told my sales person "$19,000 out the door including tax and license and give me what you can for my truck and you have a sale". My truck was a well kept 1999 Explorer with plenty of issues, but it ran real well and both the interior and exterior were in good condition. I suspect I could've sold it easily for $13-1500. So, the whole sales process went well. The blank check from the loan that I had applied for wasn't going to arrive for a couple of days, so FOK got me very comparable financing, which I was pleased with. And, as car dealers do...they got me the payments that I wanted...with THEIR price. I was excited about buying, and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. The kid I worked with was a nice kid, and I figured we'd all win. It wasn't until the next day, after the excitement of getting my first new car in 14 years wore off that I started looking back at the process and getting annoyed. Yes, I know that no one held a gun to my head to sign, but I'm afraid that I got caught up in the euphoria of getting a new car and they knew I was going to buy no matter what. The biggest annoyance was....$100 for my trade in. The more I thought about that, the more thoroughly bothered I became. I do recall mentioning it to Josh, but he shrugged it off, saying "oh they factored that into the rebate". Really? The $2750 FOK Rebate that is advertised...and the $2750 that wasn't increased any on my bill of sale? The more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. My truck was worth more than $100. It ran good, it was clean, it was functional. My thought is that integrity would have said "Mr. Parker, $100 isn't going to make a difference in your monthly payment. We can't give you any more than $100 for it, you would be better off donating it to charity or selling it yourself". But nope. They didn't do that. My bill of sale has $100 trade in value on it. My bad. I added an extended warranty, as well as the xylon coating to the total cost of sale too...but even before that...with tax, licenses, misc fees, rebate, trade in, etc...they didn't meet my $19k price. They met the monthly payment that I had mentioned was my goal. Like I said, no guns were drawn, I signed of my own will....but it was three hours after my arrival...after I had gotten excited and made the commitment. I'm 52 years old, but I was like a naive kid going in there. I drove away feeling good. I wish I had still felt good about the experience the next day after thinking about what had occurred. The $100 really bothered me...a lot. It was a BS move...lacking both ethics and integrity. The kind of thing that contributes to the reputation of car salespeople everywhere. More
My husband and I had been looking at cars for over 4 months and were originally looking at buying a Honda CRV. We found an add for a 2013 Ford Escape and called Greg. The next day we went and looked a months and were originally looking at buying a Honda CRV. We found an add for a 2013 Ford Escape and called Greg. The next day we went and looked at it. It had all the features we were looking for and for $4000 less than the 2012 mondel CRV we were looking at. Greg was very knowledgable and explained everything about the car. He made the process extremely easy and worked to get us a great price for our trade in. I would have never thought that I could get everything that I wanted in a new car at such a fantastic price. The excellent service was an added bonus. I highly recommend Greg Dale and Ford of Kirkland! Thank you Greg - I LOVE my car! More
