On Tuesday, April 30th I was approved for a $25k Loan with 3.74% interest. So, that afternoon I researched the car I wanted, decided on a silver Focus Hatchback and went straight to Ford of Kirkland aft with 3.74% interest. So, that afternoon I researched the car I wanted, decided on a silver Focus Hatchback and went straight to Ford of Kirkland after work knowing exactly what I wanted. I told my sales person "$19,000 out the door including tax and license and give me what you can for my truck and you have a sale". My truck was a well kept 1999 Explorer with plenty of issues, but it ran real well and both the interior and exterior were in good condition. I suspect I could've sold it easily for $13-1500. So, the whole sales process went well. The blank check from the loan that I had applied for wasn't going to arrive for a couple of days, so FOK got me very comparable financing, which I was pleased with. And, as car dealers do...they got me the payments that I wanted...with THEIR price. I was excited about buying, and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. The kid I worked with was a nice kid, and I figured we'd all win. It wasn't until the next day, after the excitement of getting my first new car in 14 years wore off that I started looking back at the process and getting annoyed. Yes, I know that no one held a gun to my head to sign, but I'm afraid that I got caught up in the euphoria of getting a new car and they knew I was going to buy no matter what. The biggest annoyance was....$100 for my trade in. The more I thought about that, the more thoroughly bothered I became. I do recall mentioning it to Josh, but he shrugged it off, saying "oh they factored that into the rebate". Really? The $2750 FOK Rebate that is advertised...and the $2750 that wasn't increased any on my bill of sale? The more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. My truck was worth more than $100. It ran good, it was clean, it was functional. My thought is that integrity would have said "Mr. Parker, $100 isn't going to make a difference in your monthly payment. We can't give you any more than $100 for it, you would be better off donating it to charity or selling it yourself". But nope. They didn't do that. My bill of sale has $100 trade in value on it. My bad. I added an extended warranty, as well as the xylon coating to the total cost of sale too...but even before that...with tax, licenses, misc fees, rebate, trade in, etc...they didn't meet my $19k price. They met the monthly payment that I had mentioned was my goal. Like I said, no guns were drawn, I signed of my own will....but it was three hours after my arrival...after I had gotten excited and made the commitment. I'm 52 years old, but I was like a naive kid going in there. I drove away feeling good. I wish I had still felt good about the experience the next day after thinking about what had occurred. The $100 really bothered me...a lot. It was a BS move...lacking both ethics and integrity. The kind of thing that contributes to the reputation of car salespeople everywhere. More

It had all the features we were looking for and for $4000 less than the 2012 mondel CRV we were looking at. Greg was very knowledgable and explained everything about the car. He made the process extremely easy and worked to get us a great price for our trade in. I would have never thought that I could get everything that I wanted in a new car at such a fantastic price. The excellent service was an added bonus. I highly recommend Greg Dale and Ford of Kirkland! Thank you Greg - I LOVE my car! More

We had been looking around at several dealerships and didn't like the reviews we were seeing that people were giving. We have had some not great experiences with previous Ford dealerships as well and were a little apprehensive about going back to Ford. But we decided to give it a go and go back to where we had originally purchased a vehicle several year ago and were generally pleased with the experience. We started out being assisted by Jon (he had contacted my husband as we were using his employer's X-plan deal). He was quick to get back to us and get the ball rolling which was much appreciated. Jon had to pass things off to Todd who closed the deal with us. We met up with Todd on May 1st and he was very nice and helpful and wasn't pushy. We of course had to do the typical haggling back and forth...but overall I was pretty pleased with what we got. I would have preferred to paid a little less than I did, but don't we always! My husband indicated that Jon had been very helpful in getting him information that we were inquiring about which made the process a little less painful. Sometimes car buying is just plain torturous - these guys made it less so. More
I happened upon this dealer while I was accompanying a family member who was looking for a car. I knew I wanted a Ford Escape, but none were available that day. I tentatively purchased the WRONG SUV, bu family member who was looking for a car. I knew I wanted a Ford Escape, but none were available that day. I tentatively purchased the WRONG SUV, but Jason took over and got me the vehicle I wanted. After my mechanic gave the okay, Jason made every effort to fix the minor problems found with the car. I love it even if it is white! I recommend Boston J and the dealership to my friends and family. Maybe next time, I'll buy new! More

Rodney helped me narrow down my options and I drove out of there in the best car for me. I didn't feel hassled or pressured in any way and, in fact, the whole experience from start to finish seemed really easy. I would definitely recommend Ford of Kirkland and Rodney Zins to anyone I know of who is looking for a new/used vehicle. I'll be back for my next car purchase--thank you! More
Came into the dealership to test drive a F150 on 4/16. Was greeted in the lot by Sunny and immediately was able to get a lot of my questions about the truck answered and was on my way for the test drive. My fiance and I were given a referrel to this dealership from a very good friend who works at the dealership. We showed up with a trade-in and a pretty set price range. The lot was a little cramped but David Vincent was very knowledgable about the used cars and was excellent at navigating the lot. He was very patient with our decision making process and never once pushed a car on us. During the financial portion of our visit, we sat and talked about where we'd been and what led David to becoming a car salesman. It was like we were buying from a friend. The reason overall experience is rated at a 4 and not a 5 is the coffee was out and the water cooler was empty but in the end David was there to fill it right back up. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience. This is honestly the first time we've had a no hassle buy. Cheers to our Ford Focus and cheers to our friends at Ford Hyundai of Kirkland. More
Hands down, best car buying experience ever. I purchased a new Ford Fusion last night from FOK, and it was a smooth, easy transaction. I had contacted the dealer ahead of time to start financing, and did some research so I walked in ready to make a purchase. The guys were friendly, enthusiastic and respectful of my knowledge. (I'm a woman, and since it's my car, I purchased it on my own - left my husband at home with the kids!) At no time did I feel talked down to, or taken advantage of, which has been the case with previous car purchases (not through FOK!) I got a great price on a quality vehicle with none of the back-and-forth haggling that usually makes car buying a drag. Damon and Scott worked closely together, and took the time to walk me through all the features on my car, including setting up my phone on the Ford SYNC system, which is a unique computerized interface. By the time I drove off the lot, I felt very confident in my knowledge of how to operate the vehicle safely. Ford of Kirkland is an excellent dealership. The team members seem to really enjoy their work, and their fellow employees, which makes for an enjoyable customer experience. It's not often that I can say that I had fun buying a car, but I did! I plan to keep this car for a long time, but next time we need a new vehicle, we'll go back to FOK, and I'm referring all of my friends there, as well. More

Employees have gone out of their way to make my experience easy and enjoyable. Even though my two sons can really cause a stir in the showroom, we are always happily welcomed! On more than one occassion, this company has gone out of their way to help me and my family. Ford of Kirkland is certainly a place to buy a great safe car/truck but you may also find yourself making good friends along the way. Thank you Jim and Amy, Chris, Greg, Jay, and everyone....
