I came to this dealership with a strict budget and was not willing to budge even a little on the price. After making a deal with Todd, there was trouble with the financial aspects of getting the price he not willing to budge even a little on the price. After making a deal with Todd, there was trouble with the financial aspects of getting the price he promised. That's when Dan stepped in to help us. It took around 7 hours total being at the dealership, and Dan giving me the sales pitch of his life, but I walked out with a beautiful new Ford Fiesta for the price I wanted and an amazing deal on financing. Being a first time buyer I was nervous that I would be taken advantage of, but Dan took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident about my purchase. When I got home I noticed some small scratches by the trunk, so I called Dan up and he personally buffed out all the scratches for me and gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my car clean from tree sap and pine needles, even though he was busy with another customer. I am grateful for the amazing customer service that he provided me and would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a car. Thanks again Dan! More
