Ryan was a great sales person to work with. I came in to the dealership with intent to compare the 2013 Fusion with the Toyota Camry. After 1 test drive with Justin in the Fusion, I knew I must have this car. I had purchased a new 2013 F150 Lariat from this dealership on July 4, 2013. Three weeks later I realized that I had purchased the wrong vehicle for my needs. I contacted Nigel (my salesman) to in dealership on July 4, 2013. Three weeks later I realized that I had purchased the wrong vehicle for my needs. I contacted Nigel (my salesman) to inquire about doing a trade for the vehicle I needed. After a couple of phones calls, we had a deal. I live over 200 miles away so I was not going to drive over there without a deal in place. I was trading in a 13' F150 Lariat for a 12' F250 Lariat with 108 miles on it. Well, to keep it short, the deal fell through due to a communication error. Which side made the communication error is irrelevant. The original deal made over the phone was not going to happen. I was not a happy man at this point. I was not mad at anyone in the dealership because in my line of work I know that the no. 1 cause of errors is "miscommunication". Nigel Banister and Chris Busik put together a deal that was better than the original. So, instead of leaving with a 12' F250, I happily went home with a 2013 F350 Lariat. I would like to send a special thank you to Nigel and Chis for stepping up and making me a happy man. I will not forget what you did for me. More

This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We have a recently discharged bankruptcy so we really did not think it was possible to finance a vehicle. Spoke with Rich on the phone and explained what we were trying to do and that we did not want to waste anyones time....his or ours...so dont have us come down if it is not going to happen. Everything he said he would do for us happened!! We were able to purchase a super nice vehicle with no money down!! Dealing with Rich and Ford of Kirkland was amazing!!! I started shopping for trucks more than a year ago and had narrowed my choices down to the F150 and the Tundra. I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from the Toyota dealership I was working with and had expected the same from Ford. The first Seattle area Ford dealership I visited had horrible customer service; I could go on, but this is about Ford of Kirkland. This experience led me to searching online reviews for other Ford dealerships in the area with better customer service ratings. I was set to purchase from another Ford dealership, but wanted to stop by Ford of Kirkland to test drive a very specific F150 that only they had at the time. I submitted an online inquiry and explained what I was looking for. This is how I met Greg Dale - the always busy, but awesome sales professional. While waiting for him to bring the F150 from their other lot, I came upon another F150 with great pricing. Rather than trying to sell me the other more expensive F150 that I was originally looking at, Greg took the time to show me the less expensive model. I was very pleased with the truck and surprised by its low price. I liked the truck enough to make an offer without any pressure from Greg. We went back on forth over the price and trade value for about 20 minutes, but in the end I couldn't reach an agreement with management. I thanked Greg for his time, shook his hand, and left to reconsider my options. The next evening, Greg called back and said the dealership would meet me halfway and was very honest when he told me that he really wanted to make a sale before the end of the month; honesty, something that's rarely associated with car sales. Well, because of Greg's persistence, we reached an agreement on the price and finalized the deal, but NEVER with any pressure. This is a busy dealership and would highly recommend prearranging a time to meet with Greg Dale; gone are the days of just dropping in to get the so called "best" deal. Ford of Kirkland has some of the lowest prices around the greater Seattle area. If you are considering a Ford you need stop by Ford of Kirkland and see Greg Dale. I don't often write reviews, but Greg Deserves the recognition for he truly earned it with this customer. Thanks Greg. P.S., the truck is awesome! More

I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealer before, so I was a bit apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised.
