Generally the purchase of a vehicle is a long and stressful process for me. However this time it was quite painless. I was preapproved prior to looking so I knew exactly what I wanted to spend. I was then shown vehicles that were actually in my price range and not pressured to go above. The 06 Ford Explorer I fell in love with immediately. It had been completely checked out prior, had the brakes done and new tires put on. It drives like a dream and works perfectly for my needs. My Mom was recently put in a wheelchair and now I can take her places, love it! A special thanks to Sonny and Miles for making this all go so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

He is a very easy to talk to people who gave us a very good deal. In the back of the service, he was very patient to teach us some basic operations, and the use of SYNC services. Dan's job was far from over as I continued to weigh the options of the vehicles against what I really wanted. After working through details on 5 different vehicles over 2 hours, I was ready to go to deal. Dan was just terrific throughout this whole purchasing process. He was able to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted in a deal that worked for me. I really appreciated his friendly, engaging work style. I once again enjoyed working with him! More
Only two complaints, and they didn't impact enough to move my impression. Complaint #1 is that the Finance people were way over booked, from the time I decided "yes" to the truck, it took 45 minutes to move my impression. And then it was another 30 minutes or more to wait for an available rep to do the paperwork. Complaint #2 was that it took way to long to get detailed. 3 hours... all they did was wash and vacuum, but it took 3 hours... happily I had other errands that consumed an hour of that... but I still spend a long time waiting for things to happen. That said, I recommend Ford of Kirkland. Happy with the experience and happy with the price and the truck. More
We have just purchased a brand new Escape from Ford of Kirkland. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were immediately greated by our sales man Joe. Joe surprised us with his professionalism, attentive ears, and genuine way of handling the sale process. The overall experience was far more pleasant that we've anticipated arriving at the dealership. Joe made our buying experience feel like a breeze. Way to go Joe..... More

Ryan was a great sales person to work with. I came in to the dealership with intent to compare the 2013 Fusion with the Toyota Camry. After 1 test drive with Justin in the Fusion, I knew I must have this car. I had purchased a new 2013 F150 Lariat from this dealership on July 4, 2013. Three weeks later I realized that I had purchased the wrong vehicle for my needs. I contacted Nigel (my salesman) to in dealership on July 4, 2013. Three weeks later I realized that I had purchased the wrong vehicle for my needs. I contacted Nigel (my salesman) to inquire about doing a trade for the vehicle I needed. After a couple of phones calls, we had a deal. I live over 200 miles away so I was not going to drive over there without a deal in place. I was trading in a 13' F150 Lariat for a 12' F250 Lariat with 108 miles on it. Well, to keep it short, the deal fell through due to a communication error. Which side made the communication error is irrelevant. The original deal made over the phone was not going to happen. I was not a happy man at this point. I was not mad at anyone in the dealership because in my line of work I know that the no. 1 cause of errors is "miscommunication". Nigel Banister and Chris Busik put together a deal that was better than the original. So, instead of leaving with a 12' F250, I happily went home with a 2013 F350 Lariat. I would like to send a special thank you to Nigel and Chis for stepping up and making me a happy man. I will not forget what you did for me. More
