I have been a Ford of Kirkland customer for over 15 years now and I must say that the service department has improved substantially in the last couple of years. I have a Ford Ranger and I have had it service now and I must say that the service department has improved substantially in the last couple of years. Even though service pricing can be on the expensive side it is money well spent because I receive top quality service in nearly every facet. Dean Webster is the man...he is the reason why I keep going back to FOK because he provides exception customer service and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done RIGHT. Not only would I recommend this dealership I would recommend going to see Dean for service. More
