If I could put zero stars I would. Worst Customer service i have ever received. These Salesmen should learn to not stereotype. Last night we drove all the way from Puyallup to Kirkland which was about an hou i have ever received. These Salesmen should learn to not stereotype. Last night we drove all the way from Puyallup to Kirkland which was about an hour drive to see a car they had. we arrived at around 6pm 3 hours before they closed at 9pm. WE waited about 20 minutes for someone to come out and help us. No one ever did so we went inside and stood around for a minute staring at the about 6 salesmen all sitting around talking to each other when finally a guy named Sonny came up. He came up asked if we wanted to see a car we informed him we did and he gave us the keys. He then informed us that we shouldn't take to long on our drive be back in around 10 minutes and in a serious voice told us to not wreck the car. When we returned a different salesmen named Tod came out to help us he asked us if we wanted to purchase a car tonight and we said we weren't sure we wanted to know what our payments would be, he then very rudely said well that's a lot of work if your not interested in the car. We then said we are interested we want to know what it would cost monthly before we would commit to anything. Then as we were filling out our paperwork he was on his personal phone talking to someone about purchasing something at Sears. When we were finished with the paperwork he took it over to his boss and then came back and told us he would call us with our pricing and keep out paperwork on file since we don't want to buy a car tonight he didn't want to waste time. There were no other customers in the building or on the lot. Basically he thought we were dumb kids who were wasting his time which was not the case at all we were very interested and if the price was right we would have bought the car. But instead we were being rushed out of there without even being considered. Now I'm going to go onto every sight I can to give them a low rating. Do not go here. More

I went in for service on my 1998 Ford Windstar and asked Mr. Kato to check out a shimmy as I was driving. A week later- with the help of Jon Sweigert am driving a 2012 Ford Escape. It's a very nice low mileage vehicle and will serve my needs perfectly. What impressed me with Jon's help was his willingness to look at different ways that I could get more value for my money. The paperwork end of things was handled by another John, and he was thorough, thoughtful and clear in his explanations about each of the forms I signed. I was given a mini-course in the how to work the vehicle by Jon, and happily drove it back to my home in Portland. I'm very pleased with the treatment, care, and concern from the team at Ford of Kirkland. More

I began looking for a new truck about a year ago and always wanted an F150. Ford of Kirkland beat everyone with their pricing so I went there in August to look at a new 2013. The salesman I was working with was very agressive in finding different style trucks for me to test drive between Supercab and Supercrew models. Over the course of that week I went into the dealership three separate times until finally getting a deal completed. Up until this point I felt that everything went well with the process as they worked very hard to get my business even though I walked twice before. If this were the end of my experience I would write this as a very positive review. However from the time I signed my purchase contract my interaction with the dealership has been horrible. To start, when I was taking delivery of my truck they only had one of the two keys that were supposed to be handed over. I was told by my salesman that the spare key was "somewhere at their storage lot and that he would be going over within the next couple weeks to sort all the keys out and then he would find mine." I felt this was fine. I only needed one key at the time so I agreed to wait before ordering a new one. When I went out to my truck a second salesman was showing me all the features on my truck and began to go through an inspection sheet that I was supposed to sign which I assumed was to check off that all parts were working properly. My salesman interrupted this exchange because I was buying an "ad truck so I don't have to sign off on this." I felt odd with this exchange especially right in front of me, the customer. Now that I look back I should have spoken up, but at this point I just wanted to go drive my new rig. Flash forward two months. I still did not have my key, and after several email exchanges with my salesman and being told that they would find it, I decided to go into the dealership to speak with him directly. I was again told that my spare key was at the storage lot and he would find it in a few weeks or he would order me a new one this time and I saw him fill out the order form in front of me. Two months later, I still did not have my key. I again went into the dealership and was told that my salesman was out on a test drive. I mentioned to several people that I was waiting for my salesman as I sat there for 2 hours. Finally, I decided to speak up about waiting for so long and was told that my salesman wasn't even working that day. Finally, I sat down with a different salesman who again took my information for ordering a key and told me they would be in contact about the key situation. It has been about three weeks since I last was in the dealership and true to form by Ford of Kirkland I have not been contacted by them. This dealership is horrible when it comes to service after the sale and I would not recommend anyone to them. I had a family member who recently bought a new Ford and they purchased elsewhere and paid more at a different Ford dealership than Ford of Kirkland was advertising just to avoid this place. I didn't even feel that I could in good faith have them go here so that I could get a referral bonus. In addition to this hassle my truck has been having issues with the heating system and when I put the heat on to the floor I have a lot of heat being pushed out through the defrosters. It seems to push more heat out the defroster in this setting than if I just select the defroster only. When I asked a salesman about this during my December visit to Ford of Kirkland I was told that this was just heat being pushed up. I'm skeptical as this would be a horrible feature and based on my prior interactions with this dealership I'm pretty certain I'm just getting the push away. Stay away if you want a good experience. I guess I'm getting what I paid for. More

Rodney is awesome. He's very knowledgeable about the SUV we chose and was super helpful. Like most dealerships, the transaction took longer than we expected/wanted but it was a pleasant experience. Arrogant, disrespectful "Internet Sales Manager - Miles Padberg" I was viewing new 2013 F150 Super Crew trucks on Autotrader.com and saw several that peaked my interest at this dealership. I de Miles Padberg" I was viewing new 2013 F150 Super Crew trucks on Autotrader.com and saw several that peaked my interest at this dealership. I decided to contact them through the autotrader contact window and listed my complete name, email and phone number and asked if they had the truck that interested me the most and what they might be willing to give me for my pristine 07 Fusion AWD loaded with every option and only 55000 miles. Miles contacted me via email, my preferred method, and said in his original email that the truck was available and "when can (I) come in?" I replied that I was in Spokane and would not be making the trip unless we can come to a suitable agreement first. In his second email, Miles responded with, "What are (you) "expecting" to get for your trade? When we are thousands under wholesale on our vehicle." This caught me off guard and I responded that I (of course) expected high book trade for my car and that if their remarkable price was "no trade" then that should be noted in their website ad. I was not then nor ever in my communication with Miles trying to negotiate a lower price on the truck. Miles then responds, " I'm not here to waste your time, we would be on the low end on trade-in value 6,500 - 7,500 depending on condition. If this isn't acceptable you can try to get 13,500 off MSRP at your local dealer or sell the vehicle on your own." The arrogant nastiness of Miles' tone irritated me to no end. He seems to imply that the low price of their vehicle (they have several at this price) meant that my car was worth less - make that MUCH less than even NADA Rough Trade In value! My car is close to perfect condition and NADA Rough Trade value is $9250 with a high retail of $13,500. I've purchased 75 vehicles in my lifetime and I understand that you don't always get the deal you want - that's part of the "game" dealers play with buyers. USUALLY, their vehicles are priced above "high book" and they use auction pricing for your trade, hey, it's just the way it is. What I don't understand is Miles making this a snotty personal issue rather than keeping the tone and demeanor of the communication in a businesslike tone. When asked what I "expect" for trade, I always say the highest price possible, I guess I should have said that I just wanted Kirkland Ford to take my car and not give me anything for it! He seems to believe that the price they set for their truck should offset me getting a fair trade for my car. Being an experienced auto buyer, I know there are more deals "out there" than just one dealer's, in fact in this case, there is a Lithia dealer in Boise, Idaho with similar pricing ($1000 higher) for the same truck. The pricing is fine but the unprofessional attitude of the "Internet Manager - Miles Padberg" is not. Kirkland Ford, your business is judged by the people you put in "front" of the public. This individual needs to be relegated to lot boy until he can figure out how to deal professionally with the public. More

The service was ok. I had a hard time getting calls back on my vehicle and it took way too long to fix the problem I was having with the vehicle. Once returned to me, I noticed the problem wasn't even fixe on my vehicle and it took way too long to fix the problem I was having with the vehicle. Gave the vehicle back to me and told me a bunch of things that need to be replaced to repair the problem further. So if I knew the all up problem with my vehicle, I could of avoided spending the initial amount. Note, this was within two weeks of buying the vehicle from them and needed major engine repairs. Ticking noise. More

They will rip you off on the price. Never trust them on that. Review each line item very carefully. Maybe all dealers are this way, but I cannot say I had a pleasant experience. that.
