I had the privilege of working mainly with Jon Sweigert and also with Todd Ireland, both professional and friendly truck guys. Jon understood what I am looking for right away, was very efficient finding the right truck for me and even allowed me to test drive it alone... Friendly During Sale I purchased a car from these guys. They were very helpful during the sale, but when I needed some help afterwards, it was like they didn't know me. The finance guy will pressure you into buying the extended warranty, not really worth it. The service department is typical, very busy. I now bring my car to another dealership. Every member of the staff that I encountered in Kirkland was so friendly that I would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. In comparison to other dealerships around, Ford of Kirkland is the best in price, service, and customer satisfaction hands down.
