I had the privilege of working mainly with Jon Sweigert and also with Todd Ireland, both professional and friendly truck guys. Jon understood what I am looking for right away, was very efficient finding the right truck for me and even allowed me to test drive it alone... Both Todd and Jon helped me out getting an awesome deal on both the new truck and my trade in, while being extremely friendly. It was a pleasure having Jon deliver the new truck for me. Friendly During Sale I purchased a car from these guys. They were very helpful during the sale, but when I needed some help afterwards, it was like they didn't know me. The finance guy will pressure you into buying the extended warranty, not really worth it. The service department is typical, very busy. I now bring my car to another dealership. Overall, I would return if the price was right, but not a place I would go to exclusively. More

Every member of the staff that I encountered in Kirkland was so friendly that I would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Mike Sylvan best customer service! Mike Sylvan at Ford of Kirkland was great to work with! He found the Ford Explorer I wanted from another dealership. Mike spent a few hours showing Mike Sylvan at Ford of Kirkland was great to work with! He found the Ford Explorer I wanted from another dealership. Sonny knows his stuff Sonny is not your average car salesman. He does not even really look like a car salesman. I came in on the black Friday sales add that the dealership had in the paper. I passed by a few sales guys outside and made my way into the dealership where it looked really busy. I was approached by Sonny and asked if I had been helped . I kindly told him no and he asked me real questions on what i want and what i need. Never has a salesman ever asked me that and showed me a few cars. I wanted a new Escape and found one i liked . Sonny did not pressure me or again use some false sales pitch to get me sign up on it. I told him i wanted to go home and crunch numbers. He was good with that and still didnt twist my arm with a "What if or some false hope" Instead he goes " No worries man let me know if I can help.". I came back the next day and told him the numbers didn't work and he showed me a slightly used one which I fell in love with and he made it my numbers work along with great financing . I highly recommend Sonny for anyone who wants a real straight shooter experience in getting a new vehicle. The Kirkland Ford dealership is very lucky to have this guy at their dealership . Great buying experience at Ford of Kirkland! My husband and I were looking to upgrade to a slightly larger car to accommodate our growing family and were interested in the new Ford Escape. We had reached out to a salesman at Ford of Kirkland, Joe Leavitt, and explained exactly what we wanted. (Our "must-list," our "we would love to have" list, as well as our price range.) When we were finally ready to buy, we came in and Joe was ready. He had already done all the work beforehand, finding us the perfect deal so all we had to do was jump in for a quick test drive so confirm it was the one. Not only did Joe get us everyone on our "must list" he got us everything on your "we would love to have" list (leather and heated seats etc. All the perks!) and at a AMAZING price. Ford of Kirkland had been recommended to me by family, as collectively, we have purchased 6 cars from them. The process was so smooth and simple, I will be asking to work with Joe every time I come in in the future. He was awesome and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. I also want to call out Scott Corn who helped us finish out the deal. It was near the end of the night for him and he was so friendly and quick. Thank you both! More
