Nick was fun and honest to deal with, they were happy to honor Costco pricing and went the extra mile for me. (in comparison, another dealer told me it was not available on the GT models). I appreciated Chris their GM coming to thank me personally for my business, it took two minutes but was a nice gesture. Would buy from these guys again. More
One of the best! I had been researching and looking for a 2015 Mustang GT since the cars were introduced in June of 2014. I was patient and looked for the exact car I wanted. It took me awhile, but I found it at Kirkland Ford. The price was very good so I made contact with the Internet Sales Manager, Jon Schweigert. Jon was a great person with whom to deal. I had called him to let him know I was on my way, after confirming that the Mustang I wanted was still on the lot. It was and when I arrived Jon had the car in front all set for me to test drive. My wife and I went for a ride and we were tempted not to go back as the car was so good! We went for a ride that was longer than I had ever done with a test ride and no one said a word about it. I told Jon that I had numbers in my mind and if we could get to those or even close we would have a sale. The first set of numbers was off from where I wanted, told him so, he asked where I wanted to be and he went off to get it done. He came back with numbers that were so close, and with the 0% financing from Ford, I would have been stupid not to buy the car. We shook hands on the deal and it was done in 30 minutes! The fastest deal I had ever done and yet, the best one I have ever done. The Finance Manager (Kyle) was also great to deal with. He did not pressure me to buy this or that, and actually told me that I did not want to buy some things as I would never use them. In less than two hours I had the Mustang I was looking for, had a wonderful buying experience and met two nice people. I highly recommend Jon and Kirkland Ford. As we were leaving the dealership, my wife said to me that she was extremely impressed and that the purchase was nothing like she had ever seen at a car dealership before. "Why can't they all be like this?" she said. I agree. Want a new Ford? Go see Jon. You won't be disappointed. I know that I certainly was not. More

Kirkland ford not only sold me car I wanted, they also gave me awesome deal on my mustang. I'm extremely satisfied with the way they do business and love my mustang. The first time I reach out sonny never email me back with a price with all taxes and fees so after about 3 days with no reply I reach back though there website again and spoke with Jon. Jon gave a price though emails but than called me to make sure we got a price with only rebates I qualify for. The reason I wanted this was because I was driving all the way from Puyallup and was paying in cash so I didn't want to waste my time. I got the price Jon quoted me and got me hooked up with Raleigh who help with finding the car and getting all the paperwork out of the way in a timely matter. More

He knew his stuff, which is not what I could say for another Ford dealership in the area, and was able to provide me with the information that I needed in order to make a good decision (I did fact check him and he was correct on all counts). There were multiple occasions where other people stepped in to help myself or Rodney out, which was pretty impressive since they work on commission. I was given a lowball offer on my trade-in which was pretty annoying but I eventually got it to a reasonable, but still low, number. (They offered me $3k for my trade-in and I eventually got them up to $6.5k. They stated that they would have to put in $1k to get it to a sellable condition so that they can take it to auction. I just checked and they have it listed on their website for $12.5k. That's really sketchy on their offer and still not cool on the negotiated price.) The dealership is a bit dated and they had plenty of computer/printer issues which dramatically slowed down the process. I don't mind things being dated as it is a way to keep prices down, but they should review their entire process and invest in ways to speed up the purchase process (new printers, new computers, more electronic inputing of data, etc.). He immediately got into contact with a sales associate, Vass. They talked for a week and he verified that it was everything we wanted. We wanted to guarantee everything was as described and pictured, because we were going to commute from Spokane, Washington. He verified twice that it was a non-smoker, because that was very important to us. He said he even got a second opinion and guaranteed it was a non-smoker. So after a week of solid communication, we traveled to Seattle. I took the day off of work and we boarded our dogs. We planned to drive that vehicle home, because that's how much we trusted the information we were getting. We arrive at the dealership, get into the vehicle and immediately smell cigarette smoke! Even the other sales people said it smelled like smoke! So here we are in Seattle, 5 hours away from home. We are out money, and without a way home! The General Managers costumer service was absolutely horrible! We asked him to try and make it right, but his solutions were unreasonable and insulting. So thank you for stranding us in Seattle with a horrible taste in our mouths about how you handle your business and customers. DO you treat all the women who are ready to buy like this? My daughter was even there. Your actions were, to say the least, were completely out of line and so very UNprofessional. Not one other Ford rep stepped in, but were very aware, after that and allowed him to have a mini melt-down. We are ready to buy, now, not on your time frame. We had asked for numbers last Saturday evening and it has taken them until Wednesday to anything, and we are still unsure if PIN information was correctly researched. Wonder why it was so hard? We have a Ford Employee PIN, her father worked at Ford for 40 years, and has NEVER seen nor heard anyone being treated like this. UNacceptable.
