I have been a loyal Ford fan since my Explorer has 235,000 miles on it and still looks and drives great ! Eric Clark, used car manager, notified Raleigh Fouch who I had been working with, the minute a very clean, low mile Ford Edge came in. Raleigh arranged to have the golf ball dent taken out of the hood, had the car detailed and handled all the financing. When I pointed out the awful glare off the windshield, the dealership paid for a Dash cover to eliminate the glare. Raleigh never gets rattled or stressed. He was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a car buying experience to go easy! More

I didn't feel the 'salesman pressure' at all. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there and he was able to accommodate me down to the color and trim. The test drive was amazing and when we got back Hamid the manager was able to expedite the process. I didn't once feel pressured into something I didn't want. I will be returning to Ford of Kirkland to get my next car! I would recommend Jose for your sales person when you go to Ford. He took the extra time after all the paperwork was done and walked me through every feature imaginable and made sure that I could work it myself. Nick took us on a test drive and was very knowledgable about the F150. He answered all our questions and let us take our time in evaluating the vehicle. We left the dealership and never felt pressured to buy. We were contacted a few days latter and asked if we had any questions, I had none at that time. I contacted Nick a few days latter after doing more on line research and visiting other dealerships in our area. We discussed a deal over the phone, he discussed it with his manager called me back and we went in and bought the truck. Quick, easy and efficent. He even washed the truck to expedite us getting home for dinner. More

One of the best! I had been researching and looking for a 2015 Mustang GT since the cars were introduced in June of 2014. I was patient and looked for the exact car I I had been researching and looking for a 2015 Mustang GT since the cars were introduced in June of 2014. I was patient and looked for the exact car I wanted. It took me awhile, but I found it at Kirkland Ford. The price was very good so I made contact with the Internet Sales Manager, Jon Schweigert. Jon was a great person with whom to deal. I had called him to let him know I was on my way, after confirming that the Mustang I wanted was still on the lot. It was and when I arrived Jon had the car in front all set for me to test drive. My wife and I went for a ride and we were tempted not to go back as the car was so good! We went for a ride that was longer than I had ever done with a test ride and no one said a word about it. I told Jon that I had numbers in my mind and if we could get to those or even close we would have a sale. The first set of numbers was off from where I wanted, told him so, he asked where I wanted to be and he went off to get it done. He came back with numbers that were so close, and with the 0% financing from Ford, I would have been stupid not to buy the car. We shook hands on the deal and it was done in 30 minutes! The fastest deal I had ever done and yet, the best one I have ever done. The Finance Manager (Kyle) was also great to deal with. He did not pressure me to buy this or that, and actually told me that I did not want to buy some things as I would never use them. In less than two hours I had the Mustang I was looking for, had a wonderful buying experience and met two nice people. I highly recommend Jon and Kirkland Ford. As we were leaving the dealership, my wife said to me that she was extremely impressed and that the purchase was nothing like she had ever seen at a car dealership before. "Why can't they all be like this?" she said. I agree. Want a new Ford? Go see Jon. You won't be disappointed. I know that I certainly was not. More

The first time I reach out sonny never email me back with a price with all taxes and fees so after about 3 days with no reply I reach back though there website again and spoke with Jon. Jon gave a price though emails but than called me to make sure we got a price with only rebates I qualify for. The reason I wanted this was because I was driving all the way from Puyallup and was paying in cash so I didn't want to waste my time. I got the price Jon quoted me and got me hooked up with Raleigh who help with finding the car and getting all the paperwork out of the way in a timely matter. More
