Purchased an Explorer St from Dan Lazott at Kirkland Ford back in March. All around it was an excellent experience. I visited this dealership because that’s where Costco Auto referred me. Prior to my visit D back in March. All around it was an excellent experience. I visited this dealership because that’s where Costco Auto referred me. Prior to my visit Dan had emailed me to talk about the car I wanted, and set an appointment for me to come by the next day. I showed up about an hour early, and Dan has already brought out the car and had it waiting out front for me. The Costco price was already lower than other dealerships were quoting, but Kirkland Ford made me a deal that was even lower, by a wide margin. They even let me take the car home overnight to make sure it was a good fit for me. And then they gave me top dollar for my trade in. This was all done quickly and professionally, with Dan patiently walking me through all the paperwork explaining each line. I will say the finance guy was a bit pushy on the extended warranty and service plans but that’s to be expected and he eventually accepted my answer of no for those. All around, I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and this was my best car buying experience ever. More

Ford of Kirkland had the specific Ford Ranger we had been searching for and unable to buy locally. They gave us a fair trade in value on our vehicle and a good deal on our new purchase. They went above and beyond after we were delayed over 2hrs crossing the mountain pass arriving only 20 minutes before they closed. They stayed two hours after closing to get us in our new truck. They didn't have to, and would have been well within their right to have asked us to complete the purchase the next morning during normal business hours. We've already recommended Ford of Kirkland to another potential buyer. More

Worth driving 45 miles for! We worked with Nick Miller, a friendly guy who doesn't come across at all like the stereotypical "car salesman," whom you better not trust. He answered our questions, and helped us drive off several hours later with the vehicle we wanted, at a very fair price. We've also been impressed with his post-sales responsiveness.
