Obviously, I had tons of questions as I bought the truck the first time, but I received a prompt and polite answer every time from all communication methods ( in the phone, email, or in-person ). One of the purposes of buying a truck was the fifth wheel experience. Steve & Dan also happily helped to install accessories that required for a good towing experience.
