Recently brought a 2020 Ford Ranger. We were out of state buyers and much of the details were arranged by phone before we picked up the truck. After the sale he spent a great deal of time setting up some of the programs for our truck. We did have issues with Fords first responders rebate program as it is somewhat misleading in our opinion.
