Came into Ford of Kirkland to look at Ford Rangers, they had 3 different options, a 2020 Sport 4x4, 2021 FX4 Off-Road, and a 2021 Tremor edition. After speaking with Dan he handed me the keys to the Sport f had 3 different options, a 2020 Sport 4x4, 2021 FX4 Off-Road, and a 2021 Tremor edition. After speaking with Dan he handed me the keys to the Sport for a test drive. After returning and looking over the options available, I decided on the '21 FX4 Off-Road and I absolutely love it. Dan made the whole buying process smooth and easy. There was no pressuring to go for another model and we worked through all the logistics very quickly. Clance also helped with the buying process and made signing paperwork quick and painless. Dan knows his stuff so I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new vehicle! Another typical dealer trying to screw customers. I stopped in over the weekend looking at their available Mach-E model. Ford corporate has been very vocal about cracking down on dealers that are tryin stopped in over the weekend looking at their available Mach-E model. Ford corporate has been very vocal about cracking down on dealers that are trying to charge over MSRP for this model, but Ford of Kirkland seems to not care. They were asking $8,999 over MSRP and "settled" on only $2,500 over MSRP. When I explained that Ford's CEO has actively been against charging over sticker, and even fining dealers for it, they said they didn't care and that it's Ford's fault for not making vehicles profitable enough for them so they can charge whatever they want. This is why traditional dealer models are dying and more automotive companies are moving to the "Tesla" model of selling direct-to-consumer. Dealers like this are what gives the auto industry a bad name. I feel bad for the salesman who got caught in the middle, but this management team is a joke. Sales managers Erik and Chris are the ones to clearly avoid. More
