We had been searching for a used vehicle and driven cars at several different dealers, including this one, to determine what we wanted. We were getting a quote on two vehicles that interested us at another at several different dealers, including this one, to determine what we wanted. We were getting a quote on two vehicles that interested us at another local dealer. It was a very bad experience, again. We were titling and plating the vehicle in another state. They tacked on a lot of unnecessary fees and wouldn't negotiate on them. We wanted to look a vehicle at Ford of Lafayette before making a final decision anyway. We went directly over to drive the vehicle and closed the deal within 1 hour. They were willing to negotiate the price and the fees for titling and plating in the other state were not nearly as bad as the other dealer. The salesman at the other place was very nice, but the finance people were awful. The people here were friendly and accommodating. In fact, we'd purchased a new vehicle through one of them many years before. Thanks so much Gage, Andrew, Ted, and Kaymen! More
