Everyone who I had a encounter with was nice. Even the actual mechanic who service my 2012 Volkswagen Passat idle my engine down, because when I bought it two months prior, it was idling up little too high to be parked and running before driving. Van who works in the service bay area is great to work around as well,Along with James Buggs in Parts Department Manager showed me professionalism as well. I had been to 4 other dealerships that day, and while everyone was nice, I was really drawn into this particular one. Love the bright, inviting, unique showroom... cool vintage gas pumps and cars. While the GTI itself was the reason I ultimately bought the car, I really appreciated the people who work there (Andrew, Ray, Ossie, & Chris!) The paperwork was painless and you can never go wrong with free tie-die t-shirts, as you drive away in your new car with the sunroof open and music cranking! More

My ticket was ready when I got there and there was no waiting to get started. I decided to wait for my car and it took 4 hours, which wasn't great. I did change my ticket to get new tires after Philip told me they were getting pretty worn, so that took some extra time. I agreed with his assessment, and liked his polite ways. Fortunately the waiting area had coffee, snacks and comfortable chairs. More

Frequently on the road, I religiously have my vehicle serviced wherever I happen to be when maintenance is due. This moment in time it was for the 110K on my Jetta TDI. I can honestly say I have experienced the spectrum. Without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience yet. Jack Thill was informative, and courteous. Even though it was highly evident that our paths are unlikely to cross again, I was left with the feeling that I was always welcome to return. Some companies say they appreciate their customers, here I really felt it. More
