I give this dealer a very low rating because they advertise on their website that they give "dealership service at small garage prices". My experience was just the opposite. The check engine code told them what was wrong with the car. They then charged me $400 plus to diagnose and dig into the problem. Still unsure they replaced the timing belt $1600 plus. After replacing the timing belt plus the time spend on so-called digging into the problem (which the malfunction code had already told them) the tech noticed then the issue. $2100 later my car is still not fixed. Waiting to pick my car up I hear another service consultant playing the same game with a customer. Beware. Do not take your Audi here for service. Plus $95 hr shop rate is not small garage pricing - that is just misleading. More

Very pleasant to work with, love the certified used car warranty. We had several small items on our 6 year old Jetta that we bought there, and they were all repaired, no questions asked. The sales department is great too, we found the purchase process a lot less intimidating experience than I have experienced at other dealers. More
