20,000 mile check Took my Tiguan in for oil change and 20,000 mile check which included tire rotation. Only complaint is that the place stays pretty busy and it always takes a bit longer than estimated. More

Went in to have my car fixed and purchased a new one instead Had my car towed into the dealership as the steering column froze while I was in Asheville on a business trip. Ended up that my ignition column seized up and needed to be replaced. Due to cost, time, age of car and need for a rental, I decided it would be a better option to purchase a new car. When I let the service person know, he connected me with Josh. Josh was phenomenal, patient and kind throughout the entire process. He met my needs by finding me a Tiguan, in a color I wanted, at the price point I needed. All the staff were very professional and helpful the entire day. They even gave me a loaner car to take my mom out to dinner in while they finished cleaning up my new one. More
