Been there too many tiimes Endless problems with a 2013 GTI. Some poor customer service. I have had to take my car to the shop five times in three months. This a certified pre o Endless problems with a 2013 GTI. Some poor customer service. I have had to take my car to the shop five times in three months. This a certified pre owned car with 50,000 miles on it. Every time I start the car I feel like the check engine light is going to be on. As far a customer service, I have to call to hear any updates from the service manager, and this most recent trip the manager doesn't have any confidence in telling me what is wrong with the car. Very frustrating. More

2017 Passat ACC knocked out by freezing rain in Ok City. Needed part not in stock...loaner VW CC nice ( I suggested new 911 loaner) ....Passat fixed within 36 Hrs. but returned dirty....service was excellent Needed part not in stock...loaner VW CC nice ( I suggested new 911 loaner) ....Passat fixed within 36 Hrs. but returned dirty....service was excellent...and Staff outstanding as always! Really helpful/knowledgeable. Treated me with respect. I have nothing but kind words. Thier staff is always curtious, nice, and very knowledgeable of ALL the cars/products/service you represent. ALL the work/service I've had done was perfect and the prices were very fair. The service dept in particular have been spot on. Super good people...very helpful and willing to field any technical question while also giving you a really 'understandable' explanation. I would recommend this dealership's service dept to any VW owner. (note: in the part of this review where it wants a specific name of a given employee in a given dept. The guys in parts have all been great and the fellow who goes by the Nick name - B.J. He has been very helpful... not that anyone else was not helpful but his "name" is the only one in.parts that I know. More
