I was sold a 2001 red New Beetle and it could not have been more enjoyable and sturdy. Now I have a black 2016 New Beetle Classic and it purrs like a kitten just like my last car. The staff could not have been nicer and I felt right at home. I would recommend Harmony Motors to any person looking for a reliable vehicle and outstanding service with a smile. More

I had an appointment and I asked for a rental car because they told me it would take them an hour and a half to replace my tail light. I needed the rental to get some things done as I was heading out of town. The guy had a cocky attitude when I asked and told me I should have reserved one- which no one told me. I bought a BRAND new car. It's not my fault they sold me a car that had a broken taillight. He then told me he wasn't going to do anything for me and that I had no choice but to wait. He didn't offer to do anything. Then I got an email from them to make sure I enjoyed my visit. I responded with all of this and never even got a reply back. More

comment I came to Asheville from Hendersonville to get the car inspected because someone told me on the phone that someone there would help me register my 201 I came to Asheville from Hendersonville to get the car inspected because someone told me on the phone that someone there would help me register my 2014 VW new beetle which gives faulty emissions reports. When I got there they inspected the car and I waited for quite awhile for someone to come and help me with registration because they said that sales people would have to do it and they were all busy. Finally I went out to the desk where I was told that =I have to do it myself on the internet. so I left and drove back to Hendersonville. the car is still not registered. Instructions are not clear to me and I have not had the help I was promised and I assumed you would give. More
