However, this in-warranty servic As noted in previous surveys, the service advisers are friendly and sincere in providing the best service experience. However, this in-warranty service (to replace an instrument cluster) took FOUR visits. One to diagnose the problem, another to install the replacement cluster (so, those two are reasonable and they did provide me with a loaner vehicle), but, two more visits to repair the damage caused by the technician to the HVAC vents and, yet another visit to re-program the spare key so it would work after the cluster replacement. On the fourth visit, I asked them to fill the windshield washer reservoir. They assure me it was filled, yet, when I returned home, it was still empty. So, over six hours of drive time for the four visits, time waiting, time scheduling, time completing these surveys, and my personal refilling of the reservoir. More

Terrible as usuall. The car actually came back acting worse tha. When i sent it in. They didnt check out the car at all, only replaced a part then said it was "fixed". Overpriced service department. I will never understand why anyone would bring a vehicle back to a dealership unless it was for warrantee work... I thought I would give it a try, bu I will never understand why anyone would bring a vehicle back to a dealership unless it was for warrantee work... I thought I would give it a try, but I found out they are overpriced for everything... Then they try to scare the heck out of you, telling you that you have items that should be looked after, at your next visit in the hundreds of dollars. This always seems to happen at dealerships. This includes over 21 oil changes, tires and other repairs. I have found this service department to be beyond first rate. They go above and beyond superior service every time, no matter which service adviser I work with. VW of Asheville has earned my loyalty. I would never consider going to another dealership or independent shop. More

The sales team took the time to show me the car and answer all questions, but they did not pressure me to make a purchase. Once I chose to purchase an Alltrack, both the salesman and sales manager made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and understood the car before driving off of the lot. Their friendly atmosphere has left me with a feeling that I can return with any questions and they will be happy to help me. This is my fourth VW car and with the way I have been treated at Harmony I would recommend them to my friends and family. More
