Peace, Love and Harmony.. The minute we enter this dealership we were greeted by very pleasant, professional individuals who were knowlagable about their automobiles. I must say, this was the least stressful transition into a new vehicle I have ever experienced in my 40 years of trading. Josh was our salesperson. Ask for him if you want to sale through the process of buying or leasing a new car without delay or confusion. Nate also kept watch over the process makin sure I was pleased with progress. Chris is obviously very intelligent, as well, and answered all our financing concerns throughly. I love that Josh also introduced us to some pretty cool dudes in the service department and I know exactly where to go and to whom when I return for service calls. Josh located the exact car I wanted expediently at the price I could afford...and I love, love, love my new Peace, Love, and Harmony t-shirt to wear while enjoying jetting around in my new VW!! More
Frustrated and overcharged I brought my car in because the lock system wasn't working properly. They said I needed to replace The front door latch an order for the back doors I brought my car in because the lock system wasn't working properly. They said I needed to replace The front door latch an order for the back doors to work properly. When I got home after the initial diagnosis, I found that my back hatch did not open or work at all. I figured it had to be related somehow. I scheduled an appointment for the latch lock system to be repaired and the hatch to be looked at. I had a loaner car but still needed my car to make it up to my house on the mountain. After not hearing from anyone for two days, I called the dealership. The person that was overseeing my service apparently it was L so nobody called me to tell me my car was ready. They also said that the hatch motor had gone bad and would be $1200 to replace. When I picked my vehicle up, I asked if there was anyway I could manually open The back hatch and nobody could answer my question. So, I went to just push it up and it worked fine automatically. The trunk motor works just fine and it has been a few weeks. I've heard around town that harmony motors is unreliable and overpriced. I will not return to that dealership as they've wasted my time and look pretty incompetent More
Service on 2016 Passat I have used Harmony Motors for service on my 2012 Passat, 2016 Audi A6 and now my 2016 Passat. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. I did not I have used Harmony Motors for service on my 2012 Passat, 2016 Audi A6 and now my 2016 Passat. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. I did not even buy the first two cars from them. They were great. Melvin in transportation is wonderful to always take me back home. My only complaint would be that my car wasn't wash very well. More
