Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your most recent visit. It is frustrating to have any issues with your vehicle--especially around inspection time. But much of the frustration we believe is due to some confusion which we would like to address. According to our records, as well as those of the NCDMV, we had never performed an inspection on this vehicle until the visit in question. You did bring us a different VW you owned back in 2015 for inspection, however--which may be the source of the confusion. Also, this was your second of two inspection visits with us recently. During your first visit, we explained that we could not pass your vehicle due to not only the window tint--but also an engine warning light on your dash. When you returned for the second time, the warning light had been addressed, but the window tint was still too dark. And when we explained the window tint was still too dark --as you said--you "raised" your voice and then "continued" when we asked you to not scream in the middle of our service area. We hope that such frustrations are temporary, and that after this clarification, we may continue to serve you in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your recent experience. We always strive to provide the best service to our guests, but sometimes miscommunication can occur. Though the vehicle was leased through us, it was transported from another dealer which had installed a locking lug kit on the wheels, so neither you nor we were expecting that situation. When you brought in the car, we recommended the purchase of a new locking lug key since it had been expressed to us on the phone that you could not locate yours. Luckily, the technician later found them, so there was no charge necessary even though by that point we had already swapped on your spare and replaced your lug nuts with non-locking ones. We hope to be able to serve you again in the future.
