Wonderful experience!! I went to turn in my 2014 Passat TDI, and left with a new 2017 Passat SEL coming to the dealership within the next 4 days. It is just the car I wanted I went to turn in my 2014 Passat TDI, and left with a new 2017 Passat SEL coming to the dealership within the next 4 days. It is just the car I wanted with the extras that I love!! SO HAPPY, especially with the salesman and finance manager!! Love, Love, Love my new Passat!! More

Service department gave my wife the runaround When she took her flat into be fixed they said there is a special key needed to remove tire(?). The key was not in the car. We leased it new. Said they would replace identical tire for $225... I bought the same tire for $130 all inclusive and had it put on somewhere else. More

Great service! I was trying to purchase a car while I was out of town to replace one that was recently involved in an accident where I was rear ended. They worked with me to make getting another car as painless as possible. Freddy got all the paperwork together for me so when I got back in town all I had to do was come pick the car up.
