Russell spent lots of time with us going over the benefits of the Camry and was patient the entire time while we asked many questions. This caused us to be at the dealership (Toyota West) later than expected, yet Russell stayed with us beyond his normal working hours. After seeing the competition, which included salespeople berating other car makers, it made our decision that much easier. Not a bad word was said about Honda, Ford or Nissan from Russell, which were all in the running for our purchase decision. When all was done and said, it came down to friendliness, caring, and pricing. Everyone we worked with wanted us to make a decision that would make us the happiest, whether it be a Toyota or not. While everyone was telling us why we shouldn't purchase a different vehicle, Russell explained why we should purchase a Toyota. While cars are really not all that different from a safety and pricing point of view, Toyota stood out head and shoulders above its' competition. Add in a great sales staff and you have a clear winner! I have only owned my car for 2 days, but I can say I am very happy with my purchase thus far!
