Our experience at Toyota West was a pleasant one....which is not usually the case when purchasing a vehicle. Ryan was not the usual "pushy" salesperson..this allowed us to look at several different models an is not usually the case when purchasing a vehicle. The dealership was also coming to a close for the evening and we did not feel rushed. We were offered to drive the vehicle home...we thought about it overnight and called the next morning...I was able to pick the vehicle up and drive it throughout the day. The vehicle was waiting out front, full of gas. Ryan also put my childseat in it and explained how the lights and wipers worked due to the rain that day. Not only did we like the vehicle...but the great, friendly service helped "seal the deal" for us.....which has turned us away from purchasing at other dealerships. We returned that evening and were able to discuss payment arrangements in a relaxed, comfortable setting...not stuck in someones stuffy office. The finance manager explained our options, and though the vehicle came with a service package and warranty...we were able to purchase and extend it for a very reasonable price. Again, the dealership was coming to a close..but they took the time to detail and to refill the vehicle with gas before we left. We then received a phone call and email in a few days after our purchase checking to see if we were enjoying our vehicle. We are happy with our decision and the dealership. I know, that when returning for service appoitments, it will be a pleasure. More

We spent several evenings online with Edmonds and other websites comparing SUV's. We had decided on the Rav4 over the other SUV's. We had determined our trade vehicle value from online sources. We went to the dealership with the intention of reviewing the Rav4. We ended up going home with a new Rav4.
