My visit with Cordell was more like chatting across the fence with my neighbor than looking to purchase a pick up truck. Cordell used no high pressure tactics, i walked away with my self respect still intact, wish i could say that about other car dealerships and sales people. This waas a very enjoyable experience. The entire dealership has a family type atmosphere. I drove from York S.C. to Toyota West, i must say it was worth the drive! Cordell knew all the towing info, gear ratio's, options, frame structure, it was like having a engineer build you a truck from the tires up and he kept it interesting.
