Valerie is a service assistant and has provided me with superior service for the last 3 years. When I call her she is always polite and eager to set up the service I need She knows what I need before I tel superior service for the last 3 years. When I hang up I know what will be done, how long it will take and the cost. When I arrive she always greets me by name and I have never waited or experienced a delay in getting my car service. Valerie comes and lets me know if there is anything else she would recommend while they are servicing the car. Everything is completed on time and is done correctly . She has gone beyond the call od duty on several occasions to provide me with excellent service.She is one reason I will continue to go to Toyota West. Jerry Lambert is the salesman I buy my cars from at the dealership. Jerry is pleasure to work with and most trustworthy. I have now purchased 4 cars from Jerry and have never had a second thought about the deal we received. He is honest and ethical and candid in his dealings with us. He explains all the numbers and shows us how he got to them and fully explains the features of the car we are interested in and tells us if he feels the car is the right one for us. I will always buy from Jerry and have recommended several friends to him for their purchases. He always accesible by phone before and after the sale for any concerns we may have. Jerry does not forget about you. We have also been very pleased with the other members of the sales team for their support in purchasing our cars. Toyota West is our dealership . We do not look any where else for our cars. More
I went there to test drive vehicles before my lease was up. Ryan was very cooperative and understanding when my husband and I were experssing what we were interested in. We explained that we were not going to sign anything on that day, but once we heard some of the deals and got a closer look at other vehicles around the area, we changed our mind. We decided on a new car right there with no hasseling at all by the sales people. We were in and out in no time and received our new car 2 days later. Everyone there was wonderful for the 3rd time we have used them! More
I have to say I had a wonderful experince at toyota west every one was very helpfull and they made me feel welcome as soon as I pulled in the lot. I went just to check out my options while my car was in the body shop. Found a suitable used car and test drove it, Chris let me know of a special i was qualified for - which would put me in a new car and save me money. it also put me on a toyota loyalty program that i was not aware of. absolutely wonderful experience and i recommend them to my family and friends. I have not purchased a new car in over 11 years and was dreading dealing with car sales men to purchase again. However, Gary made it easy, fast, and fun. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sales portion of transaction went well but after sales portion was god awful. I asked for a few accessories (remote start, sun visor, etc.) to be added. Sales person promised be done in 48 hrs. After 7 days, 3 trips to service/parts department and 2 loaner vehicles, I finally received my truck. Too the dealers credit, they did try and compensate me with free gas but little comfort More
Everything was great....Cordell was very patient with us and really took time to listen to what we needed. I have known the owner of Toyota West for almost 30 years. He is committed to making sure everyone who comes into his dealership is going to be very happy that they did so. I was a little frustrated with how expensive cars have become and really considers buying a used car because of it. But, once mr. Bertolami found this out, he took the time to call me and discuss the issues I was concerned about. After talking to him several times we were able to get the new car price to make more sense when to compared to purchasing a used car and the common problems associated with them. All in all, the staff was absolutely committed to making sure my wife and I were happy with the process and with the outcome of the deal. I hate buying a new car, but I honestly have to say that Toyota West made the experience almost tolerable when I compare it to other purchases in the past. If you are planning on buying a Toyota, I would strongly suggest you visit Toyota West and give them a chance to earn your business. As I said, I hate buying cars, but I am truly glad I decided to go back to Toyota West and work with them. There w no pressure to buy and the sales staff was actually nice and not obnoxious like so many can be. Give them a shot and I'm sure you'll be glad you did. Brian F. Three min. into the conversation, she reminds me of the two cars she bought from Cordell Hughes at Toyota West in Statesville, NC. Also, she said there were incentives for her if I bought there...LOL So, I show up to take a last chance test drive on a 2011 Toyota Camry LE. (No thanks to Toyota of North Charlotte, who made me believe that this car was out of my budget.) Sure enough, with Cordell and help from the Toyota staff, they were able to deliver a car for a fair price and an even a better price for my trade! Just goes to show how referrals, backed up with good customer service can sway a sale and make a great reputation! Good Job Cordell and the rest of the Toyota West Team! You know what they say, "A good deal is when both parties are happy!" More
Overall, I wish I could recommend them and return. I asked for a very aggressive deal including an upside down trade which they agreed to. The problem is that half of their agreed upon discount was applied to the $999.00 addendum sticker rather than the MSRP. Unfortunately, I don't put a lot of value in VIN etching and fabric sealant and did not consider the $999.00 addendum in my negotiation. After adding a $599 doc fee, I really only received $402.00 off of MSRP rather than the $2,000 I thought I was agreeing to. I could have caught this while signing paperwork, and I did agree to the doc fee while in the finance office. Since I am 100% confident the sale manager knew I wanted the discount off of MSRP (not the addendum), I would not recommend them. If you can't trust someone, why would you recommend them? More
