Ok, third time trying this process. Dealership experience was great, however the experience with this site, not so much. I had a great experience buying a car from Toyota West! I'm a newly divorced Mom with 3 girls and this was the first time I have gone and purchased an item this expensive and important alone! Russell was I'm a newly divorced Mom with 3 girls and this was the first time I have gone and purchased an item this expensive and important alone! Russell was my sales person and he was wonderful... I told him where I needed to be in price and he brought what he thought was the best car on the lot around for me to test drive. I asked him to go along with one of my daughters and I- he drove it first to show me every thing the car had to offer and all of the safety features on the car. I test drove the car I thought I wanted and the car he thought was best for my girls and I and without a doubt I know he steered me in the right direction! Mike Gurley was awesome too very easy to work with and super nice! The staff at Toyota West is friendly all the way around from the sales people I didn't work with making my daughter and I feel like we were old friends to the General manager cutting up with us while we waited for our car to be washed and filled with gas! My experience with Toyota West was great! It was a very hot day and the salesman took his time with me and my dad even offering us something to drink. I had asked my dad to go to the lot and check out the inventory available the week before. That is when he met John and he told him about the 0% financing available until Tuesday. This was a very enticing factor in my decision to purchase a Camry. We went back on Monday and John allowed me to test drive several vehicles and pointed out the options that were available. When I finally made my decision to purchase the Camry, John offered me a good deal. I have previously had 2 Nissan Altimas that I drove over 150,000 miles. I hope (and I feel that I will) I get the same good service from my Camry. More

When I arrived to take a look at some cars, Chris welcomed me and was happy to help me with information on the cars that I was interested in.
