I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. From start to finish both John and Mike went out of their way to not pressure me but give me the facts. They were kind, courteous and profession car. From start to finish both John and Mike went out of their way to not pressure me but give me the facts. They were kind, courteous and professional. After the sale, I forgot something at the dealership and Mike actually drove to my exit to give it to me. If that's not Exceptional Service I don't know what is. I wish I could score both employees higher than a 5. Going forward, I will purchase all of my vehicles from Toyota West Statesville and have already encouraged my family and friends to do the same. The entire process was thorough and pleasant. There were no gimmcks and sales pressure at all. This was quite difference from my previous experience in buying cars. Our experience at Toyota West was great. We were interested in buying a 4runner, and I had previously called the Toyota dealership in Charlotte. They told me I could test drive the vehicle over nigh interested in buying a 4runner, and I had previously called the Toyota dealership in Charlotte. They told me I could test drive the vehicle over night and to come get it. That is a 2 hour drive my home, after I was halfway there they told me they forgot but they didn't allow people to do that. So, I called Toyota West and spoke with Cordell. He told me they would allow me to test drive the 4runner that I was interested in. So, the trip ended up not being wasted after all! We bought the 4runner the next day and love it! Cordell was very knowledgable and friendly, never pushy. Everyone there was helpful and made the process very easy. In the future when looking for a new car, I will definitely go to Toyota West again! :) More

Jerry Lambert was very helpful we seen the car on the internet.and when we called Toyota west Jerry Lambert talked to my wife and told her all about the car we made and appointment to see car he had the internet.and when we called Toyota west Jerry Lambert talked to my wife and told her all about the car we made and appointment to see car he had the car ready to drive and he already had other cars for us to test drive.that was nice he gave us a great deal on car. Our current vehicle is leased and due to be returned in October, so we had been looking at replacing it with a used Toyota Sequoia, but we were in no hurry. We were travelling from Florida back to our home October, so we had been looking at replacing it with a used Toyota Sequoia, but we were in no hurry. We were travelling from Florida back to our home in Ohio. By chance, the Courtyard we were staying at was just up the street from Toyota West and there was a Sequoia sitting out front. We were tired from the long drive and had no dinner yet and it was around 6:30PM on a Saturday night, but we decided to take a look at the vehicle. While cruising the parking lot, we were greeted with a big smile by Sara Mitchell who was very friendly and helpful and she took the time to answer questions, assisted us in a test drive and assisited us thru the entire process. To make a long story short, we bought the vehicle that night and drove it home the next morning without incident. Sara and everyone else we met at Toyota West were great to deal with, they did everything they could possibly do to handle the transaction quickly (even to wash and shine the vehicle very quickly), which was very much appreciated since we were tired and hungry. They even recommended a great restaurant. We are 100% pleased with the vehicle and with our experience at Toyota West. More
My husband and I were out looking for a new car for me. I had a 2006 Honda Accord which was my fourth Honda. We had already been to a few Honda dealers and we actually had found a very nice Accord which I I had a 2006 Honda Accord which was my fourth Honda. We had already been to a few Honda dealers and we actually had found a very nice Accord which I really liked. The only problem was I really wanted a red car and Honda does not offer the Accord In red as a sedan. When we were at a Honda dealer no more than a mile from Toyota West my husband thought about a car a friend of his bought 2 years ago and it was a Barcelona Red Toyota Camry. After we left the Honda dealer my husband pulled into Toyota West to see if there was a car there I might like. We looked around the lot and we really didn't find anything I liked. Chris offered us a brochure on the Toyota's which he had in the showroom. We followed Chris into the showroom and there was a Toyota Camry there with a special sport package that had a ground effects package, sunroof and special wheels. The only problem there was that it was green. We asked if that car was available in red and were told it was. They told me that they would try to locate one. They called the next day and said they had located one. They did tell us up front that the car had never been titled and it was selling as new but it did have 1,200 miles on it but they also said they would fully detail it and it would look like new. We did go back to the dealer and purchased the Camry. When we got home my husband did a thourough inspection of the car and found a rock chip on the hood and other minor scratches and scrapes on the car. We took the car back to Toyota West where they were to install blue tooth and a front license plate frame and we ran into issues at that time. We also asked about what they could do about the imperfections on the car. At first they seem hesitant to help us and by this time I was totally frustrated and I was DEAD serious when I asked them to keep the Camry and I just wanted my Honda back. I saw my Honda parked in the back lot. They did not want to see a customer unhappy and they said they would take care of EVERYTHING. They came to Morganton where we live and picked my car up and left me a loaner. They said they would have the car back to me in 2 days. They did what they promised and brought my car back with the hood and front facia repainted. The car now TRULY looked BRAND NEW. I am extremely happy with my Toyota and have even recommended Toyota West to a friend. I truly believe that the staff at Toyota West did whatever it took to make me a customer for life. I would definetly go back there in the future. They did live up to their promise. Sincerely, Darlene Duzan More
