The service was excellent at Toyota West. I have several severe allergies and needed the car to be aired out before I could even test drive a 2012 Prius. Randy made sure the car was opened during store hours for three days, just so I could have a reasonably safe test drive. Then when I decided on my car, he had it aired out for the two weeks before I came in to get it. Brandon went with me on the test drive, and made what could have been a nerve wracking experience into a fun and relaxed one. Randy and he answered every question I emailed them completely and without making me feel like an idiot. Chris also answered questions the same way when I signed all those papers.
