I went to the dealership to get my '10 Corolla serviced! Kent approached me and asked if I wanted to test drive a vehicle! I have been interested in the Rav4 for a while and I wasn't real happy with my Cor Kent approached me and asked if I wanted to test drive a vehicle! I have been interested in the Rav4 for a while and I wasn't real happy with my Corolla cause I could not see when backing! After I drove the Rav4 I loved it! I asked if they could get the vehicle in just my name and get better financing then 8.9%! With the help of Kent, Son and Chris I was able to get the deal I was looking for with 2.9% financing! We were really happy with their service and it made it so easy for us to say "YES" to "TOYOTA WEST...." The whole car buying process took about an hour. We had the car delivered to the house a week later with everything that was promised.
