Poor customer service I was scheduled to view a specific car at 5 P.M. and when I arrived to see the car, they were in the process of selling the car to someone else. I rec I was scheduled to view a specific car at 5 P.M. and when I arrived to see the car, they were in the process of selling the car to someone else. I received a text at 4:15 asking if I was still coming and I replied "Yes, I am on the way" and they said "Great." I arrived around 4:30 and Joe told me to come back in about 30 minutes because he was with a client, which was fine. However, I did not realize that he was in the process of selling the car to someone else. Around 5 when I returned, I became aware of what was going on. The car had been sitting on the lot for 70 days with no interest until the day I came. Also, this was the second person of the day that was waiting for financial approval. The first person was denied. Long story short, the customer was approved and walked out with the car. I was livid. I had now just driven 2 hours round trip for no reason whatsoever. The dealer had texted me at 4:15 which was most likely right when he was showing the car to someone else. More

Oil change n inspection I was there for 2 1/2 hrs. I only had an oil change n inspection done. I ask the lady for compliment car wash n vacuum. She say no problem. I am w I was there for 2 1/2 hrs.
