Service department denies any liability My tundra's engine was destroyed when all the coolant leaked out. I had the tundra in for service at Flow Toyota approximately 2500 miles before the e My tundra's engine was destroyed when all the coolant leaked out. I had the tundra in for service at Flow Toyota approximately 2500 miles before the engine let go. I had asked for them to check for a coolant leak, along with replacing the timing belt and water pump. All that was done was a visible check of where coolant may be leaking. No pressure test was performed. Had they done their job correctly a pre-existing condition would have been identified. Now they want me to let them replace the engine with a used engine with more miles on it than the original. And they are still charging me $1000 dollars more than anyone else will do the same work for. I have owned Toyotas for 35 years and have been a long time customer of this dealership. Will not be back. More

Buying Tundra I was very busy on my job and asked my wife to gather some information on Tundra trucks. She went and explained to Dan Chrstler what I wanted.
